But some medical conditions can make a vagina unable to stretch and accomodate a large penis, including a medical condition called vaginismus. 3 Ways To Give Her MORE Orgasms With A Smaller Penis

When Does The Penis Start Growing?

Penis growth starts when a boy hits puberty. When you first start to grow pubic hair, your penis will start to grow as well. The testes will drop down further into the scrotum and you’ll notice the penis becoming longer when it is erect as well as when it is not. Of course, as you go through puberty, you’ll notice more changes than just size – it may change slightly in color or the texture of the skin. The rest of your body will change as well, and you’ll notice your voice deepen and your overall body will go through several growth spurts. It can be pretty disorienting at first, especially considering that as your penis grows, you’ll begin to have sexual desires that you might not have had before.

When Does The Penis Stop Growing?

During puberty, you can expect your penis to continue to grow, just like the rest of your body. As you get taller, your penis will grow as well. It might not be changes that you notice on a daily basis, but the changes are small and they are there. The penis typically stops growing when you stop growing, or rather as you stop gaining height. When you stop growing taller, generally in the early twenty’s, your penis will stop growing as well. It will have reached its maximum length and girth and generally will stay the same throughout your adult life.

How Large Is A Normal Penis?

That’s a question that many men ask, especially in conjunction with questions about penis growth, but it’s a difficult question to answer. What is “normal” isn’t necessarily classified – meaning, we are all different and we all have different anatomies. No two penises will ever be exactly the same! Let’s say the average penis size is 6 and a ½ inches. And that’s a generous average. How would a guy with that starting size feel if he were told that, with work, he could gain one inch in length?

Pretty happy. Very happy. In fact, most men would be completely pleased with a one inch gain in length. They wouldn’t much mind if that’s the most they could physically gain.

So…that first inch. Let’s make that your main goal. That is what you’re going to aim for. Now, how are you going to achieve it? Here is how.

Total Motivation – You Have To REALLY Want A Bigger Penis

The idea of having an extra inch of penis is already a pretty motivating one, but it’s not enough. Most men will give up long before they’ve done enough exercise routines to gain noticeable new size. So, total motivation is necessary.

Start by getting an erection and looking down at it. You know the sight well. Now place a ruler along the side of it. Don’t cheat. Place it from where it starts at the base to where it ends at the very tip. Now move your eyes along to that golden starting figure.

What is it? Let’s say it’s 6”. I want you to visualize one more inch on top of that. Extend the shaft in your mind. Picture it longer and thicker. Imagine the difference in weight in your hand. This is a tool you’re looking at and you need to vividly picture it one inch bigger, no more, no less.

Burn the image of it one inch bigger into your mind’s eye. Now imagine the feeling you WILL experience when you reach your goal of being one inch bigger. Creating A Solid Penis Enlargement Routine

If you rush into natural penis enlargement, you’ll tire out the tissues of your penis from the get go and, as a result, you’ll struggle to gain new size. You need to stay calm and relaxed.

Put together a simple routine that you will use, unchanged, for two weeks.

Something like: three sets of 10 wet jelqs (look them up if you don’t know what they, or any of these exercises go like). Each wet jelq lasts 3 seconds and there is a one minute gap between each set. Then you do 5, 5 second stretches at 20% erection.

Then 20 Kegels, finishing with 15 dry jelqs at 60% erection, each one lasting 4 seconds. That’s a great beginner’s routine. So memorize it and start using it two or three times a week for the next two weeks. Do it.

Restrain Yourself From Measuring Your Penis Too Soon

You should take your starting measurements ONCE before the two weeks begin, then refrain from measuring again until the two weeks are up. The temptation to measure is strong, but don’t do it. There’s no point. Just focus your attention on completing your routines in a full and high quality way. No slacking or cheating.

Keep It Up For Two Weeks and Then Check Your Penis Measurements Again

Complete the two weeks and then take your flaccid and erect measurements again. Have you gained? If not, so what? You’ve not lost anything, you’ve learned something. You’re going to increase the intensity of your routine by upping the rep numbers. Simple. If you’ve gained, then great! Continue using the routine until the gains slow down or stop. Then up the intensity.

These simple tips will help you towards achieving your goal of gaining that first magical, wonderful, glorious inch. It feels good…trust me.

Why Consistency Is The Key To Real Penis Size Gains

Without consistency, very few self-improvement programs work. Can you bulk up and get seriously well built and muscled without consistency? No. No you can’t.

This fact applies no where more than with the subject of natural penis enlargement. This self-improvement discipline isn’t as well documented as body building or fitness training. You won’t find any books about it in the bookstore. It’s a growing (yeah) subject.

This means that, more than with any other sport or hobby, you need to take total control over your growth journey. You need to be the one keeping track of your gains and deciding when you need to switch your routine to encourage new growth.

But you aren’t alone. Other guys, who also have the privilege of knowing about natural penis enlargement, are treading the same path, and they’re seeing big success.

Here are some powerful tips for gaining a lot of size as quickly as you can using the theory of routine and exercise consistency.

Kegels

A kegel is a simple exercise that you can use to strengthen your PC muscle, which plays a central and vital role in controlling the health and status of your erection and overall sexual health. I cannot overstress the importance of doing kegel routines regularly.

They absolutely suck when you start out, because they’re hard work. Your PC muscle isn’t used to being exercised, so it will ache and feel tired. You need to push past that. No pain, no gains.

Start a simple kegel routine today. Three times a day, do 25 kegels that each last 5 seconds. Squeeze as hard as you can. Don’t go easy on yourself. Push past the temptation to quit early or leave more than 10 seconds between each rep.

Dry Jelqs

A dry jelq is an exercise you can do anywhere, as long as you’ve got some privacy and about 10 minutes. When the conditions are right, get a 40% erection by, well, doing what you need to do, then do 10 dry jelqs that each last 4 seconds.

Take a couple minutes’ break, maintaining the 40% erection, then do 10 more. Pack up and carry on your day, safe in the knowledge that you’ve just done a light routine that will encourage girth gains in a big way.

Routine Days

Never skip a day. If you skip a routine day, the next one will only be half as effective. No matter how you feel or how much you doubt you’re gaining length or girth, you need to perform your routine. Make it part of your life. Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays you do your natural penis enlargement exercises. No one has to know except you.

Be Ready For the Expected

For your first month, don’t think too much about the possibility of not gaining. To be honest, you’re very, very likely to gain half an inch in your first 6 weeks, but even if you don’t, stay casual. Don’t fret!
