How To Delay Your Own Orgasm

By leejenkins

They say it takes the average girl around ten to twenty minutes to climax. To guys who can ejaculate in as little as two minutes, this is way too long. Whoever invented the romantic idea of getting off together during sex must have been out of his mind. I’m not saying it can’t happen, but with an average, healthy male, this is easier said than done.

Is there a way to climax only when the girl is ready to get off? The inability to control orgasm is a huge dilemma for most guys. If girls can’t hurry up with reaching climax, then the guys should hold out.

Unfortunately for most guys, premature ejaculation is one of the main reasons why some girls think that sex is overrated. Every girl knows that if a guy can’t hold it in until she’s ready, the girl will have to wait for the guy to recover from his first climax before she gets her pleasure.

Is there a way to solve this problem with premature ejaculation without using the “magic pills” that claim to do the trick?

Wear A Condom

A man’s sex organ is ultra-sensitive; and it becomes even more sensitive when the man is mentally and physically aroused. Using a condom during sex is more than just for staying safe; it will also help you last longer.

Beware of the many types of condoms in the market, though. There are condoms that kill sensation (and your libido) more, and there are those that are too thin to make any difference. Chances are you already have a favorite brand that does the job of not breaking; but remember, if one layer of condom still can’t help you control your orgasm, wear two layers.

Masturbation

Masturbating regularly will allow a certain level of control when it’s time for the real deal. You already know about the cliches of thinking about baseball, or counting backwards, to control your orgasm, but doing these things won’t work if you’re filled to the brim and ready to explode at any time.

Don’t worry about feeling like you’re in high school again. No one’s going to know that you still do it. In fact, most of your grown-up buddies will definitely agree that this is a great way to become a better lover.

Keep A Cool Head

Climax control is related to a person’s mindset. If you’re over-excited about making love that night, there’s a chance that you won’t last longer than a few seconds. Let go of the anxiety of being with a new girl or being too eager to have sex. Also, be familiar with the way your body reacts to stimulus. This means you have to change sex positions, or slow down a bit, when you feel that you’re going to blow.

It helps if you don’t drink alcohol before you make love. Scrap the misconception about alcohol being an aphrodisiac. It only contributes to your lack of control as far as reaching orgasm is concerned.
