3 Thrusting Techniques That Make You Last Longer In Bed

By jackgrave

Lasting longer in bed can be as simple as knowing a few special thrusting techniques. This is because premature ejaculation isn’t caused by your genes, your penis size or what your woman does in bed. Premature ejaculation is caused by what you do before and during sex.

The reason most men can’t last longer than 5 minutes in bed is simply because they’re doing the wrong things before and during sex that end up triggering them to orgasm early.

And one of the biggest things men do wrong is use thrusting techniques that encourage quick orgasm. In lasting longer in bed the aim with the thrusting techniques you use should be to reduce the stimulation you get down to a controllable level. Instead most men have sex in a way that gives them so much pleasure in such a small space of time that they get overwhelmed and orgasm almost instantly. By discovering how to reduce your stimulation and pleasure just a little bit you get the incredible satisfaction and deeper pleasure of long lasting sex.

Let’s get straight to it…

Thrusting Technique #1 – Slow And Shallow Entry

A common mistake that a lot of men make when it comes to sex is going too far too fast. One of the things that women love during sex is teasing and anticipation. Women can go absolutely crazy if you show them something they want, but don’t give it them straight away. Most men do the complete opposite when it comes to sex. As soon as they get their penis in their woman they put it in all the way and start thrusting super fast. What does this leave the woman to look forward to and anticipate? Nothing. And often this kills all the sexual tension and makes you as the guy have to work 10 times as hard to get her to orgasm.

Many times women will love it if you start sex very slowly with foreplay. Start by entering your penis inside her very slowly by only half an inch and then pulling it out. Then next time put it in very slowly three quarters of an inch and then pull it out. Then keep thrusting slowly in and out at that depth for a bit. A minute or so later thrust just a little bit deeper. And aim for it to be roughly 5 minutes into having sex before you’re actually thrusting at full depth.

This does three amazing things when it comes to sex.

  1. It has the power to drive her absolutely wild. Women love to be teased and love anticipation, doing this can have her orgasming intensely by the time you’re fully inside her.
  2. It helps you last longer because you’re thrusting slower. By thrusting slower you reduce your stimulation and therefore make it longer before you orgasm.
  3. It helps you last longer because it gives your penis time to “acclimatize” or get used to the feeling of her vagina. The first few minutes inside the vagina are when you’re most likely to orgasm because your penis gets overwhelmed with the new sensation. By allowing more time in the vagina with minimal stimulation, when it comes to thrusting faster later on you’ll be used to the feeling and lasting longer will be much easier.

Thrusting Technique #2 – Deep Thrust And Pump

If you’re already in deep and you’re feeling close to orgasm this is a great technique.

The end of your penis (also known as the Glans) is the most sensitive part of the penis, which means it’s the area of your penis most likely to cause you to orgasm if stimulated. How this thrusting technique works is it reduces stimulation to this most sensitive part of your penis, because by thrusting all the way in you keep the end of your penis away from the most stimulating part of the vagina, which is the entrance.

For this to work all you need to do is thrust deep (without hurting her) and thrust forward and backwards an inch or so, all the while keeping the end of your penis well inside her vagina.

By doing this she’ll get a ton of pleasure, while you can last much longer.

Thrusting Technique #3 – Deep Thrust And Rub

This is a small variation on technique #2 and helps you last longer for all the same reasons.

The only difference with this thrusting technique is that instead of thrusting back and forth you grind your pelvis against her clitoris. You don’t even have to thrust at all if you don’t want to. This thrusting technique works well because it causes you virtually no stimulation but she gets a ton of pleasure from it so it allows you to recover and go again a few minutes later.

Fix Premature Ejaculation Now! These 5 Surefire Tactics Will Help You Last Longer In Bed (Guaranteed!)

By lloydlester

Are you having problems lasting long enough in bed? There is no need to feel embarrassed or ashamed about it. There are far more men out there who ejaculate too early during sex, so you are certainly not alone. And there is certainly a lot you can do to stop your premature ejaculation problems, fulfill the woman in your life and totally transform your sex life.

If you look around, you’d probably notice a ton of pills, portions and sprays that claim to work wonders and promise that you will go on for hours during sex. Truth is, these solutions are only temporary quick fixes that don’t nip the problem in the bud. Worst still, many of these products are known to cause skin irritation or allergic reactions, or even reduce your sensitivity to arousal. Well, doesn’t that defeat the pleasures of sex? You bet!

Well, read on for 5 useful tips that work far better than those fad solutions you see in the marketplace. Once you master these, you will last much longer and enjoy sex much better. Read on!

#1 – Get It Off Before The Show Starts

This is an extremely useful tactic. Many guys swear by it. This is what you do – masturbate an hour or two before you are going to have sex. This will “clear your system”, release the sexual tension in you and desensitizes your body to the point that you have to work harder to reach the same sexual peak during your lovemaking.

#2 – Switch Up Your Routines

The key is in knowing when to stop. I know, it’s easy to get carried away and let the sensations rule over you. But if you want to pleasure her as much and don’t disappoint her, stop before you reach the Point of No Return (PNR). Once you reach the PNR, there’s no stopping you from ejaculation, even if her granny walks into the room! So before you reach that point, remove your penis and switch to stimulating her with your fingers or perform oral sex on her.

#3 – Control Your Breathing

Take in deep breaths. By concentrating on your own breathing, you are drawing yourself away from the pleasurable sensations during intercourse. With enough practice, this will “hold you back” much longer. (Quick tip: Exhale during penetration and inhale while you are withdrawing)

#4 – Focus On Her Instead

Here’s the truth. The reason why you want to prolong your orgasm is so that you can fulfill her sexually, don’t you? So if you’re climaxing too early, it helps a great deal if you’ll just focus on pleasuring her FIRST. Stimulate her with some extensive foreplay. Tease her “hot spots” with your hands and fingers. Even oral sex alone can bring her to an orgasm before you even start the actual deed!

#5 – Natural Conditioning

A natural training and conditioning program that encompasses breathing, relaxation and pelvic muscle control techniques is the best long term cure to premature ejaculation. This addresses the underlying physical and psychological triggers of your early ejaculation tendencies and allows you to develop superiors control over such triggers. Such a natural approach is not a quick fix, although many guys are known to experience some improvement in their ejaculatory reflexes within 2 to 3 days.

Like all things worth doing, the best solution always takes some time and effort. But think about it. Your want to last longer in bed, not just tonight, or tomorrow night, but forever, don’t you? Then it is certainly worth every minute of your time to naturally “program” your mind and body to last longer in bed and give your romantic partner the pleasure she deserves and get the kind of amazing sex you’ve been yearning for!

The PC Muscle, Kegels And “The Block” – How To Use Them To Stop Premature Ejaculation

By jackgrave

Premature ejaculation is like a knife striking at the heart of a good sex life. Until you discover the methods of stopping it you could not only fail to enjoy sex but leave your partner dissatisfied with you in bed.

So it’s a good thing there are natural methods to stopping premature ejaculation. It’s not something that requires surgical intervention or anything crazy like that, it just takes a bit of understanding of the human body and a few clever techniques. And of these clever techniques the most powerful one involves the PC muscle, kegel exercises and something called “The Block.”

The PC Muscle

The PC muscle is a very important muscle when it comes to sex. It’s one of the key muscles that causes you to ejaculate and can also be used to stop you from ejaculating – and that’s where the real power comes in.

With the right training and use of this muscle you can develop to a point where you can literally stop an orgasm dead in its tracks. And not only will you stop ejaculation, after doing it you’ll stay hard and be able to carry on sex for a significant time afterwards.

So the first step is identifying where your PC muscle is. When you urinate you’ll notice that you have the ability to stop the urine flow. When you stop the urine flow you’re effectively contracting or “squeezing” your PC muscle. Squeezing your PC muscle is like standing on a hose pipe… When you stand on it or “squeeze” it you stop the flow of liquid going through it. This is why when you squeeze your PC muscle while urinating the urine flow stops.

Eventually your aim will be to stop your ejaculation by squeezing your PC muscle, but before I explain exactly how to do that you need to strengthen the muscle first.

Your PC muscle is similar to other muscles in the body in the sense that if you exercise it regularly it will grow in size and strength. And the process of exercising it is often called performing “kegels.” Performing kegels is easy and only takes about 5 minutes 6 times a week.

How To Perform Kegels

Any time when you’re just sitting around or not occupied (i.e. when your penis is flaccid and NOT while you’re urinating) all you’ve got to do is squeeze your PC muscle tight as hard as you can for 2 seconds. Then relax it for 2 seconds. Then squeeze tight hard for 2 seconds and on and on. Do this 10 times to make one set of kegel exercises, then take a break for 1 or 2 minutes. Then do another set.

When starting out I’d recommend performing 2 sets, but it’s up to you to experiment with how many sets you do, how many repetitions you do and how tightly you squeeze. Over time you’ll want to increase the level of exercise you’re doing to strengthen your PC muscle further. If at any point whilst performing the exercise you feel pain stop immediately and take a break, this exercise should not be causing you any pain. Please do note at this point that what I’m tell you is only opinion which makes you responsible for your actions and you’ll want to see a doctor before beginning any new physical training program.

“The Block”

So part 2 of this process for stopping premature ejaculation involves “The Block”. I call it this for no other reason than that it sounds kinda cool. But what The Block involves doing is contracting or squeezing your PC muscle at just the right time so you stop ejaculation from happening.

It’s best to practise this on your own while masturbating first where you have a bit more control before taking it to the bedroom. The aim with The Block is to squeeze your PC muscle just before you ejaculate. The key element of pulling off “The Block” correctly is timing. If you squeeze too early you’ll have done nothing and you’ll still be super close to orgasm. If you squeeze too late then you’ll orgasm and ejaculate anyway.

When you do squeeze aim to hold your PC muscle tight for as long as it takes for the feel of ejaculation to subside. You may even experience an orgasm without ejaculation at this point, which is great. But keep that PC muscle squeezed until the ejaculation feeling subsides. If you got your timing right then once the feeling’s gone you should be able to last for at least another 5 minutes, if not more.

Now getting your timing perfect takes practice. So be prepared to fail at first. But with enough practice it’s well worth the effort. When you master this technique you have complete ejaculation control. No matter how severe your condition, what your penis size, what genes you were born with or what your woman does you can last longer in bed with this technique, so it’s definitely worth taking the time to master it.

How To Be James Bond In Bed: Lessons In Ending Premature Ejaculation

By jackgrave

How long do you think a man like James Bond lasts in bed?

Inevitably when I ask this question I expect answers like “for hours,” “as long as he wants” or “until she’s satisfied multiple times.”

But why is that?

Why do we expect someone like James Bond to be able to last longer in bed?

The answer is pretty simple. It’s because James Bond is cool, calm and under control. This guy has got a rock solid mental attitude. He’s got confidence, he believes in himself and stands up strong to what most men fear.

So when it comes to having sex do you think he’s worrying “Oh god I hope I don’t prematurely ejaculate”, “what will I do if I orgasm too soon?” or “what is she thinking of me while we’re having sex?”

Of course he’s not worrying about any of those things.

And that’s why if you ask most people the question “how long do you think a guy like James Bond can last in bed?” people inevitably expect him to last for a long time.

It’s because of his mental attitude.

How Your Attitude Will Make Sex Last Longer

The fact is that what you think about before and during sex has a dramatic affect on how long you last in bed. We’ve just proved that we really already know this by the common answers to how long we expect James Bond would last.

But this doesn’t mean you need to be like James Bond in terms of how looks, what you do or who you sleep with, the only way you need to be like James Bond is to adopt a confident mindset in the bedroom.

As it stands the chances are you’re worrying way more during sex than you need to be. And this worry can have a seriously detrimental effect on how long you can last during sex. This is because when you are nervous and when you worry you end up releasing certain hormones into the blood stream (in particular dopamine and adrenaline) which actually encourage premature ejaculation.

So if you want to last longer in bed you need to eliminate nervousness and worry and become sexually confident.

Now you may say “I’m just not a confident guy when it comes to sex” or “there’s nothing I can do change how I think during sex” and in the past I would have agreed with you.

Before I figured out how to last long in bed I used to think I just wasn’t confident enough in the bedroom and there was nothing I could do about it. But one day I realized something that changed my sex life forever.

“Sexual confidence is a feeling not an identity.”

What Sexual Confidence Really Is

When a person says “I’m just not confident in the bedroom” they’re just mistaking who they are for how they feel.

If you then ask that same person “has there ever been a time in your life when you did feel confident about something?” they’ll without doubt come up with at least one time.

And if you can come up with one time then you have the power to create a feeling of confidence again and again and again.

The truth is that if you can feel confident at one particular time then you can feel confident at another time. All you’ve got to do is think the same things you thought and act the same way you acted that time you were confident.

So take a moment now to think back to a time in your life when you felt really confident about something.

What words did you say to yourself in your head?

How did you say them? Loud, soft, intensely, fast?

What images did you have in your head? Were they bright, colourful, close to you, in movie form?

What were you doing with your body? How were you holding yourself? Was your chest out? Were you breathing slowly and deeply? What facial expression did you have?

Answering all these questions is essential to know what you do when you’re confident. And when you’ve got the answer to all these questions you can then apply them in the bedroom to become more sexually confident and as a result last much longer.

The best way to transfer this knowledge to the bedroom is in two steps. Firstly take time to practise visualizing yourself being confident in the bedroom. Practise before hand seeing yourself as the confident guy in the bedroom that you want be. Secondly, once you’re in bed having sex create your confidence by doing all the things that you know makes you confident because of the questions you just answered.

Suddenly you’ll find yourself incredibly confident and James Bond-like in the bedroom.

And if you want to last longer in bed and end premature ejaculation it’s essential you have a confident mental attitude. Nervousness and worry are one of the primary causes of premature ejaculation. If you can eliminate them by creating your own confidence then you’ll truly be like James Bond in the bedroom.

3 Sex Positions To Help You Last Longer In Bed

By jackgrave

If you want to last longer in bed you’ve got to start thinking about which sex positions you use.

Choosing the right sex position can make the difference between lasting 15 minutes- and 15 seconds.

Sure, there are some men who can have sex in whatever position they want and still last for hours, but if you’re someone who struggles to last for longer than 5 minutes, or even 5 seconds, then you’ve got to find every way you can to last longer. And as you become more confident and develop more sexual skills eventually you may not even have to worry about which positions you use. But for now, let’s focus on what positions can help you last longer in bed.

Why Premature Ejaculation Happens

Before I tell you the different sex positions that work to help you last longer you’ve got to understand a few things about why premature ejaculation happens.

Premature ejaculation happens when we men are over-stimulated. In other words it happens when a man experiences way more pleasure than he can handle in any particular moment in time.

Sometimes we create this overwhelming pleasure just with our thoughts and that’s why you’ll see scenes in movies like American Pie where a guy sees a beautiful woman and orgasms without even being touched by her.

But for 90% of men with premature ejaculation, although their thoughts play a factor, it’s overwhelming physical stimulation that actually triggers the early orgasm.

So if you want to last longer in bed you’ve got to use positions that reduce your stimulation and pleasure to controllable levels where they’re not so intense they cause you to blow within a matter of minutes or even seconds.

And there are two ways to do this. Firstly by using a position that puts pressure and demands on a part of your body other than the genitals. In these positions blood and energy are drawn away from the penis, which reduces your overall stimulation and helps you last longer. Or secondly you can use a position where you can fully relax your muscles and body. By relaxing you eliminate physical tension and muscle tightness, which is a common cause for early orgasm (more on this in a minute).

Standing Up Positions

One position you can use to draw energy and blood away from the penis is a standing up position. What’s great about this type of position is that when standing up you’ll find a lot of energy being spent in your legs just keeping you standing up. This may sound weird, but the fact is that when you’re lying down and having sex no energy is really being spent in your body apart from in the hips. If you’re only spending energy in your hips then the blood will be flowing there, which adds so stimulation and promotes early orgasm. By standing up you draw blood away from the genitals and into your legs making lasting longer easier.

To take this standing up position to the next level you can also pick up and carry your woman. Now I know this may not be possible in all situations, but if you are in some way holding your woman as well you’ll find even more energy is drawn away from your genitals so lasting longer becomes even easier.

Special Version Of The Missionary Position

The missionary position is when the woman lies on the bottom facing upwards, with the man lying on top of her between her legs while facing down. This is probably the most commonly used sex position and unfortunately it’s also very likely to cause premature ejaculation. The reason why this happens is like I explained earlier, there’s nowhere else for the blood to go except to your hips and genitals. So with all that blood flowing around your genitals you’re much more prone to early orgasm.

So one way to vary this position is to get on your knees and place her legs over your knees or legs. Everything will be the same as before, you’re still lying on top of her, with the one difference that you are on your knees and her legs are lying on top of yours.

Once you’re in this position spread your knees as wide apart as possible until you can feel your groin muscles stretching (Note: stretch only to the point where you feel the stretch, don’t stretch so far it causes pain). This is how the special version of the missionary position should be performed.

Although this change here is subtle, it makes a big difference. And this is because by stretching your groin you’re putting pressure and demands on your groin. Like I explained earlier, when you put pressure and demands elsewhere energy and blood will flow there and away from your genitals and penis, making lasting longer much easier. On top of that it’s a simple variation of one of the most popular sex positions and no woman will have a problem with you using it.

Her On Top

A lot of men have problems with premature ejaculation when the woman is on top, but most of the time it’s because they don’t know what to do in this situation. Getting her on top can actually be very effective for lasting longer. This is because when she’s on top you can fully relax all your muscles.

You may in the past have noticed that when you get close to orgasm your muscles tighten and tense up. In most cases for an orgasm to happen there has to be a release of physical tension. This is why your muscles tighten before orgasm.

So if you realize and become conscious of this muscle tightening you can in fact last longer in bed just by simply relaxing your muscles. And her on top is a great position in which to do this.

Go Get Started

Above I’ve outlined two important characteristics needed in a position for it to help you last longer in bed; the position should either draw blood away from the penis because of pressure and demands in other parts of the body or it should allow you to fully relax your body. Any position with one of these two characteristics should take you a long way in helping you last longer in bed.
