An Effective, Natural Alternative To Viagra And Cialis

By loveandsex

Impotency and erectile dysfunction affect many more men than you would think, and it can be extremely debilitating for a couple’s sex life. There are lots of medications available to help with erectile dysfunction, but are medications and drugs really the way to go to cure your erection problems? There are natural and effective ways to help you get and maintain an erection before and during sex, without resorting to expensive medications with questionable side effects. Instead of heading to the doctor for a prescription of Viagra or Cialis, try these all natural methods instead.

The Downside Of Sex Medications

All medications have side effects, no matter what type of medication you’re using or how few side effects the pharmaceutical companies claim that a particular medication has. Side effects can range from very mild, such as dry mouth or light insomnia, to more severe side effects such as internal bleeding or death. Before starting any medication – even herbal or all natural ones – make sure you’re very aware of the possible side effects associated with the medication and you and your doctor have outweighed the benefits over the risks. Other downsides of medications are cost and possible addiction to the medication. Many pharmaceutical products are costly, especially if your insurance or prescription drug plan doesn’t cover them or you have a high co-pay. Such is the case with many name brand medications, including Viagra, Cialis and other medicines that treat erectile dysfunction. Physical addiction is uncommon with medications such as these, however, psychological addiction is not. Once experiencing the relief that impotency medications can bring, you may feel that you need the medications all the time if you ever want to have an erection. Rather than attempt to achieve an erection on your own, you may feel that you require the medication to have an erection at all. If at all possible, it is important to try effective yet all natural alternatives to medications for erectile problems and reduce your dependency on prescription medications when you can.

Relaxation Techniques May Help You Get An Erection

Think about it – many men start to stress immediately when they have trouble getting an erection. They frantically try to “get it up,” often to no avail. Even when great sexual stimulants are involved, such as a blowjob, they still have trouble getting an erection and keeping it up. Instead of allowing yourself to become agitated when you have trouble getting and maintaining an erection, take a break and focus on relaxing. Breathe deeply and allow your muscles to relax. This may take some conscious effort, however, the results are often very worthwhile. Have your partner give you a short massage to help you relax, or play some soft, relaxing music. When your mind and body are no longer actively stressed about being unable to get an erection, start thinking about sexual ideas that turn you on. Watch a porn movie that you and your partner really enjoy, read an erotic novel, or do something fun and sexy with your partner. Whatever used to turn you on before you started experiencing erectile dysfunction will still turn you on now, once you’re relaxed and aren’t trying to force yourself to get an erection.

Eating Healthy To Improve Overall Sexual Function

Many people experience sex problems and erectile dysfunction when they are loading toxins in their body that shouldn’t be there. For overall great sexual function (and a healthier you overall), practice eating healthy, avoiding toxins and getting some exercise. Limit the amount of alcohol you drink to just one or two a day and if you smoke or use illegal drugs and substances, try to quit. If you are on a number of medications – some of which may be causing your impotency – talk to your doctor about reducing your dosage or finding a natural alternative to the medication if at all possible. Of course, there are many medical conditions that absolutely require medication therapy, so never discontinue a medication prescribed by your doctor unless you have talked to him or her first. Eating healthy is also a big part of being sexually healthy, so stock your fridge and cabinets with lots of fresh, whole foods such as fruits and vegetables. Avoid processed foods, empty calories and foods with lots of preservatives in them. Canned foods, chips and sodas (as well as a whole host of other foods) are full of preservatives, dyes and toxins that your body would feel a whole lot better without. Changing your diet will have a profound effect on enhancing your sex life and you’ll notice sex become hotter as you become healthier.

Control Early Ejaculation – 3 Proven Techniques For Guys Who Wish To Last 10 Minutes Longer

By lloydlester

Are you struggling with your performance in bed? More specifically, is your inability to last long enough for your partner making you feel anxious about sex? If so, this article is for you.

In just about every study done on men’s sexuality, more than three quarters of men wished they had greater staying power. Premature ejaculation is a recurring problem that haunts many guys who just can’t hold out long enough to bring their women to an orgasm. Sadly, many sexual relations are put on the rocks simply because many men are unable to let their partners experience sex to the fullest.

But the simple truth is also that anyone can learn to put the brakes on premature ejaculation with some easy techniques that focus on gaining control over your mental and physical ability during sex. You don’t need to be a porn star to know all the tools in the trade in order to extend your staying power.

The three tips below will give you a great head start in boosting your threshold and give you the confidence in bed you know you deserve. Read this now if you want to learn how to last an extra 10 minutes in bed.

Achieve Lasting Endurance With Kegel Exercises

Kegel exercise is not just for women. When practiced properly, it is a very powerful technique for men to vastly improve their time to ejaculation. Kegels are practiced to strengthen the PC muscle that is located in the pelvic wall. This is the muscle that controls both the flow of urine and ejaculation during sex.

To perform this exercise, all you need is to squeeze or tense this muscle, hold it for 10 to 15 seconds, and then release the tension. Practice this for 5 minutes a day. Within a week, you should notice a significant improvement in your ejaculation time. The great thing about kegel is that you can practice this simple exercise discreetly anytime, anytime, in any position (sitting, standing, and even lying down) without anyone knowing!

The Sex Position Multiplier

Most guys go for the missionary position. But did you know this is the fastest and surest way for a guy to orgasm? Indeed! The missionary position places undue stress on the muscles in your arms and thighs for support, and this can precipitate an early ejaculation.

If you want to last longer, try having intercourse with your bodies lying on the sides (with her back to your front), or the woman-on-top where your girl has more control over the thrusts and momentum. These 2 positions present less friction during intercourse and less stimulation to you as a result. These 2 positions are great for a start. But my best advice is to try out various positions and find a few that will help you hold out longer.

The Route Of Least Resistance

One of the reasons why some men ejaculate too soon is because they move too fast too soon, and in positions that cause the greatest amount of friction (or “resistance”) during intercourse. If there is one trick to prolong your orgasm, it is simply to SLOW DOWN. This gives you some breathing space, maintain a steady momentum and let you and her experience sex in its entire splendor rather than letting the sensations rule over your head.

Also, as the head of your penis is most sensitive to stimulation, try to find positions that allow deeper penetration – the deeper you go, the less friction and consequently the less stimulation you will experience.

Unlike what many men believe, premature ejaculation is NOT for life. It can be completely reversed with the right strategies. If you are willing to put in the effort to work on it, you WILL surely last longer than you did before. And the more you work on it, the more “mileage” you will go in bed – for good!

How To Cure Premature Ejaculation 100% Naturally (No Pills, Herbs Or Special Creams Needed)

By jackgrave

If you’re struggling with premature ejaculation and don’t find a way of stopping it, soon you’re going to have to deal with the ugly situation of a frustrated partner.

Luckily you don’t need pills, herbs, gadgets or special creams to last longer in bed.

All you need to do is change some of the things you do before and during sex.

Now since most men don’t know this a lot of them will look for a pill to cure the problem. Or maybe they’ll check out some special herbal treatment. Before I ended my premature ejaculation, I tried a bunch of different things like “special condoms” that were supposed to help me last longer, But all they did was numb the end of my penis slightly, take away from the pleasure of sex and not even help me last any longer.

But eventually I had a breakthrough!

What Premature Ejaculation Really Is

Premature ejaculation isn’t just some uncontrollable “thing” experienced by unlucky men. Premature ejaculation happens for a reason. It happens when you trigger yourself to orgasm earlier than you want to. And an orgasm doesn’t just happen out of nowhere. There are very specific things you do to trigger yourself to orgasm. And often you’ll end up doing things to trigger orgasms without even realizing it.

So when it comes to sex, if you can be more aware of exactly what triggers you to orgasm, and then change those things, you can last longer in bed.

For example, one hugely common trigger of orgasm is fast thrusting. As men, it’s instinctive for us when having sex to thrust as quickly as possible. We see it in all the porn movies (if you watch porn that is) and for whatever reason it just seems to come naturally.

But the funny thing is that when you ask a woman what things she really likes in bed, rarely will “hard and fast thrusting” be at the top of her list.

So the reality is, is that there’s a disconnect here.

Women tend to value other things much more than fast thrusting. For example, women tend to value the emotion you bring during sex. How much attention are you paying to them? How present are you? Are you leading with passion? Are you taking control in a fun enjoyable way? These are the kind of things she’s much more concerned about.

So what does all this mean when it comes to premature ejaculation?

How To Avoid Premature Ejaculation Triggers

Well it means that if a huge trigger for premature ejaculation is fast thrusting in only a few sex positions, then you need to avoid it! There are many things besides fast thrusting that you can do to please the woman you’re with, then fast thrusting probably isn’t a great place to start when it comes to sex.

The next time you have sex start by thrusting a lot slower. By thrusting slower at the start it’s much easier for you to last longer because you’re stimulating yourself less. At the same time, by thrusting slower you’re still giving her lots of pleasure, because she’s likely to interpret it as you being caring, passionate and taking control of the situation.

Of course you can always speed up your thrusting later, because some women do enjoy that, but at least by starting out slow you’ll give yourself a chance to last longer than usual.

So there’s one example of how by becoming aware of what triggers you to orgasm you can learn to last longer in bed.

Why Relaxation During Sex Is Key

Another thing that commonly triggers a man to orgasm is a build up of physical tension. Increasing physical tension is something that happens naturally and subconsciously when we have sex. You may have noticed that while having sex your muscles become more and more tense. In particular you’ll probably notice that you’re leg and butt muscles become very tense and tight. Just before orgasm is when they reach their maximum tightness. And just as you orgasm all your energy is released and all that tension melts away.

Most of the time tension is actually required for an orgasm to happen. If it weren’t for tension then there would be no pressure to release through orgasm.

And being someone who wants to last longer in bed you can take advantage of this.

High levels of physical tension and tight muscles are a trigger for orgasm. If you can lower your physical tension and reduce muscle tightness then you can avoid your orgasm trigger.

And doing this is very simple.

Like I said, most of the time this happens subconsciously. You don’t say to yourself “right, I want to orgasm now, so I’m going to tense my muscles.” It just happens. So all it takes to relax your muscles is to become conscious of them. Start noticing when your muscles are tightening and getting tense, and when they do, just relax them. Focus on keeping your muscles relaxed throughout sex, until you want to orgasm. You may also want to take some slow deep breaths, because this will help to relax your muscles as well.

By fully relaxing your muscles you’re eliminating tension in your body, which is a powerful trigger for orgasm. And by removing your orgasm trigger, you can last longer in bed.

If you now remove both the orgasm triggers I’ve just talked about and any other orgasm trigger you can think of, lasting longer in bed naturally should be no problem. And like I promised, no pills, herbs or special creams needed.

How To Prolong Intercourse For Amazing Sex (6 Sensational Facts To Extend Your Sexual Stamina Tonight!)

By lloydlester

For many men around the world, premature ejaculation is a curse that puts the brakes on their sex lives. Yet many mistakenly think that PE is a form of sexual disease or illness. It is not. On the contrary, premature ejaculation is often caused by psychological factors. Studies have consistently shown that anxiety and stress are behind most cases of PE.

Here are six critically important points you should keep in mind if you find yourself routinely anxious about sex and climax prematurely.

You Are Not Alone!

Far from it! In fact, as many as seventy percent of men have to deal with this issue at some point in their lives. It is perfectly normal and there is nothing wrong with you. Throughout the history of mankind, men have always been anxious about their ability to perform in bed.

Men Are Not Hardwired To Last

If your idea of sex is what you see in those adult films, it is time to change your mindset. Those movies are meant to titillate your senses; they are unreal in terms of the actors’ ability to last. The average man only need to last the duration it takes for a woman to orgasm – minutes, not hours!

Practice Is The Mother Of All Success

Practice is under-rated in many areas of our lives. We all want an instant cure to all our problems. That is why you see things like desensitizing products that claim to cure your PE problem, when in fact those stuff only act as “band-aids.” There is no shortcut to preventing an early climax and prolonging intercourse. Learning the proper techniques is the KEY to lasting longer.

Foreplay Is The Quintessential Factor To Sensational Sex (And Lasting Longer)

Prolonging your foreplay duration can have an incredible impact on how long you last, and ultimately how much both of you will enjoy the lovemaking. Did you know that in most sexual health surveys, the top complaint that women have about their partners is not having enough foreplay?

Why do women crave foreplay so much? Well, it has to do with how their sexual cycle functions. You see, unlike men, women are slow to warm up during sex. Thus the prelude to intercourse is incredibly important in getting them emotionally-ready and sexually-charged. The right amount of foreplay can get her primed for an orgasm the moment intercourse begins. And it can give you a lot more confidence in the sack when you see her sexually aroused and clearly enjoying your company. This kind of confidence can do a whole lot of good to your sexual endurance.

Why “Squeeze” Techniques Are NOT Ideal

Squeezing the tip of your penis glans (or head) when you are about to climax can help to a certain extent. But it is NOT the ideal solution. It breaks the momentum during sex. Imagine your girl having a great time and then you have to suddenly stop the action. It can frustrate your partner. It can be used as a tactic of last resort to stem an impending orgasm. But if you are looking to rely on such “emergency tactics” every time, sex will not be as enjoyable and fulfilling as it should be!

When All Else Fails, There Is Always Another Time!

Rome was not built in a day. The same goes with improving your sexual endurance. Take each sexual encounter as a learning experience. Learn what it takes to control your sexual arousal. Learn your partner’s “sexual landscape” and how you can use that to your advantage to please her without blowing early. And when you accidentally spill, try to see the lighter side of things – there is always another time!

Lasting Longer Sexually – A Men’s Guide To Unlimited Stamina & Enhanced Sexual Intimacy!

By lloydlester

Are you looking for ways to last longer during sex? Are you desperate to end the guilt and anxiety that come with premature ejaculation? Many guys have suffered the unfortunate event of having their relationships ended just because they are not able to sexually fulfill their women. As a result, there are men who decided not to have sex until they feel confident enough to perform better. Sounds like you too? Don’t fret – there is a way out.

The Double-Edged Sword Of Performance Anxiety

Most men would love to completely satisfy their women in bed. It always starts with good intentions: you want her to feel the sizzling passions you have for her; you want the moment to last an eternity, or at least until she comes to an orgasm; you wish you were the best lover she’s ever had.

Unfortunately this “self-inflicted pressure” will result in what you fear most – an early ejaculation that could occur as soon as sexual intercourse begins! If you are reading this, you probably have had that unfortunate label of being “trigger happy” where your ejaculation tendencies are concerned.

Enjoy The “Sensual Pleasures,” Not “Sexual Indulgence” Of Sex

There is a key difference between the two. Enjoying sensual pleasures involves focusing on giving your partner the sexual gratification that she deserves. It involves becoming fully aware of the suite of sensations that envelop your entire body, not just on your genitals.

Start thinking of sex as a full bodied experience that involves a slow, tender build up. Do not view sex as the all-encompassing element of a relationship. It is not. Sex is just one part of a healthy, stable and enduring relationship. Believe me, getting this paradigm right is one of the keys to curing premature ejaculation!

Practice Makes Perfect – Always!

Do not shy away from sex just because of your early ejaculation tendencies. Communicate with your partner that you want to overcome this, and tell her that her help will make this much easier for you, and for her too! As with any self-improvement endeavor, practice makes perfect.

Try to have sex as often as possible. Rather than shying away from it, take it by the horns and see every sex session as an opportunity to improve your sexual endurance and your sexual intimacy. Use these as opportunities to get to know your own sexual response cycles.

Above all, practice some simple maneuvers with her, such as varying your positions to reduce penile stimulation as well as understanding the types of movements and intensity that will lower her threshold for an orgasm.

What about using delay sprays and creams? Won’t they give men better stamina in the sack?

There are plenty of commercial solutions to help end your premature ejaculation problem. Nutraceuticals such as sprays or creams can be used to treat a hyper-sensitive penis. The reason most men climax too soon is because their minds are not hardwired to handle the intense sexual stimulation, thus pushing them over the edge before they even had a chance to rein in their ejaculatory reflexes and truly satisfy their partners.

But there is a downside to these commercial solutions. You need to religiously apply these whenever you want to make out. And they are known to numb the penis so that you feel LESS during sex.

Worst still, delay sprays and creams can rub off onto the vagina and causes your female partner to lose the sensations during intercourse too! Well, they are not ideal solutions but may serve as pretty reliable “quick-fixes” whenever you need one.

The bottom line is this – if you find yourself finishing too soon during sex, rest assured that premature ejaculation can be cured. Continue to maintain a positive outlook. With some effort and PRACTICE, things will soon sizzle up in the bedroom for both you and your lover!
