3 Incredible Tactics To Give Her A Powerful, Earth-Shaking Orgasm!

By lloydlester

Her orgasm should be the primary focus of sex, and yours comes only after she’s been thoroughly satisfied. Here’s how to rock her world!

Are you disappointed with the fact that she may be faking orgasms with you in bed? This is a challenge for you to be able to give her better sex! Surprise her by making her experience the real thing tonight. Getting her to orgasm during sex is not as difficult as what many men make it out to be. With these three powerful tips, you will be surprised at how much she will begin to change how she experiences sex with you!

1. Give Her A Back Massage

Unknown to many men, a woman’s back is a huge erogenous zone! Women also love it when you pay attention to every inch of the skin of their rear. There are different sensitive points on a woman’s back: the lower back or the area just below the scapula. It will be a man’s job to discover which part of his woman’s back is most sensitive to erotic massage. You may let your fingers run tenderly along the expanse of her back, place gentle kisses on her warm skin, and make your tongue do slow and passionate caresses. Know when she whimpers the most because that area is the point of maximum thrill and frenzy. This will be the start of a steamier encounter between the two of you!

2. Increase Her Orgasm Potential With Kissing

Just like other parts of her body, that plump mass of flesh on her face is also supplied with numerous nerves. Give them a passionate kiss! Pay her back from all the loving kisses she gave you in the past with those sensual movements of your lips against hers. Begin with soft strokes of your lips on hers then let the excitement take the lip-locking to another level. However, you may also arouse her by letting your fingers do soft strokes on her lips. Watch her as these arousing actions send surges of thrill all over her body.

3. Never Linger Too Long On Her Breasts

Yes, men do love their women’s breasts more than anything else. Your woman, however, will be more ecstatic if you also pay attention to the other parts of her body even without taking any of her clothing off. Once she is already at the height of sexual exploration, you may proceed in hovering over her breasts. Press your lips against the skin of her round bosoms. You may let your tongue travel against her skin, and make your fingers fondle those small pink buds. With this, you will be able to show her how much you appreciate her whole being, resulting in a more exhilarating sexual union.

Why You Need To Care About Her Orgasm

By loveandsex

A woman’s orgasm isn’t often of much importance to some guys. But should it be? Definitely! Here’s why you should put her orgasm at the top of your list.

What Is Her Orgasm Like?

If you talk to 5 different ladies, you’d get 5 varied orgasmic descriptions. Although the same nerve pathways are activated, the big “O” is a highly personal cosmic experience and one woman’s encounter will be different from the next.

But if you’d talk to 500 women, you will see the bigger picture, identify common themes and see similarities with how women experience a climax. They’d tell you how contractions begin from their vaginal & uterine walls, spread through their bodies and make it quake. Words like: waves, fire, bright, burning & electrifying, will continually resurface.

You’ll also notice how emotional women can be about their orgasms. An orgasm isn’t just a release of physical tension, but of emotions as well. Women use words such as: beautiful, affection, admiration, wonderful & love, to describe it.

For guys, it’s whack to describe orgasms this way and many will bristle with amused puzzlement as to why women can be sentimental about it. Ask chaps about their climaxes, they’d probably give you something like: It was awesome man, I sprayed it all over her chest!

Dude, Where’s My Orgasm?

When a woman regularly fails to climax with a partner, she begins to tell herself that orgasms aren’t really important – that they’re really not that big of a deal, and that she can conveniently do without it.

Let me tell you here, that no matter what women tell themselves, ORGASM MATTERS. After a certain point of arousal, orgasm becomes necessary. But when they like the guy, women have that tendency to rationalize and excuse the man. (And women have doctorate degrees for that.) They can invent any reason under the sun:

  • “Maybe he was just not in his element tonight…and the 15 other freakin’ nights.”
  • “He kisses really good! Love it!”
  • “I can do without the orgasms. What’s important for me is the closeness.”
  • “He pays the bills.”
  • “It’s the alcohol… I think”
  • “What’s an orgasm?”

Climaxes do matter for sanity’s sake. But, do you know how a woman gets through an orgasm-less affair?

It’s the hope of masturbation. “I can touch myself later, anyway,” she would say. Since she knows her body best, she can easily give herself the most powerful and sensational climaxes.

But She Likes It Better With You

But here’s the thing. Even if that’s the case, even if women can help themselves whenever they want, they also know that climaxes feel better when experienced with you. Orgasms are just different when you’re there. They become more meaningful, more intimate. Having a warm body near, as her own convulses with pleasure, makes the experience more striking and memorable.

Easy orgasms, in the comforts of her cold and lonely apartment, even though intensely satisfying, won’t compare to those she shares with the guy she’s really into. The climaxes she shares with you are at a premium.

But how can she orgasm when the so-called “man of her dreams” doesn’t know squat about her plumbing? How can she peak when he’s too busy putting the wrong moves on her, thinking those will get her off? And how would she feel when she’s left hanging, not just once, but OVER & OVER?

What Happens When You Don’t Give It To Her

Miss it once or twice, she’ll forgive you. She’ll excuse you and rationalize the absence of orgasms. Miss it all the time, and she’s on your case. Over time, she’ll feel cheated, robbed or short-changed – especially when she sees her man ejaculate big time.

It gets very unnerving when the pattern becomes: He gets off, she doesn’t. It’s like a sexual rip-off and a big let down. No wonder many become cold, closed and lose interest over time. How would you feel if you engage in intercourse, all the while knowing you’re going to get worked up but are not going to orgasm anyway? Doesn’t that make it more of a job?

You might have noticed how after a disappointing round, women become really irritable, mean, sad or resentful. And boy, do they have ways of getting even. They could take it out on your unsuspecting credit card or your newly polished car. Or they can simply be bitchy at the most ill of times. The saying, “Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned” comes to mind.

Because as you already know, a woman doesn’t draw a clear distinction between what happens inside the bedroom and outside. Men easily dissociate the two, she sees them closely related.

So, why should you care if she has an orgasm or not?

Simply because it affects how easily you can score next time… or if at all!

Why She NEEDS To Climax During Sex

By loveandsex

Female orgasm is something every woman should get when getting busy. But do you know the REAL reason the female orgasm is so important? Find out now!

For sex to be really, really hot, a woman has to get sexual pleasure too. Sure, a woman can still enjoy sex with a man if she doesn’t have an orgasm, but the sex will be simply good, or “okay.” For steamy, forget-your-own-name sex, your girl has to be feeling great and well on her way to having a gut wrenching, thigh shaking climax. If you want the sex to be incredible, she’s got to get off. That’s all there is to it – but there are some other reasons why her orgasm should be at the top of your list when you slide between the sheets.

She’ll Be More Inclined To Get Kinky With You

When a woman is satisfied during sex, she feels like she is getting something out of it too – and she is. You’re giving her the incredible gift of pleasure and sexual release, so she’ll want to give you something back too. It’s in a woman’s nature – she’s naturally a giver. She wants to give you pleasure too, but she can hold back from this if all you care about is your own orgasm. She may start out by giving you great sex, good head and trying new things with you, but if time after time she fails to get off, she really won’t want to give back anymore.

Say for example, you want her to try anal sex or bondage. This isn’t necessarily something she has really thought about, but if she’s with a guy who consistently gives her an orgasm during sex, she’ll feel confident enough that she’ll come out as satisfied as you are and will be more willing to try it. However, if she’s with a guy who couldn’t care less about her orgasm and just wants to get his, she’ll want to ask the question, “What’s in it for me?” Think about it for a minute. Why would she want to try something like anal sex – something that could potentially hurt or be embarrassing – if she’s not going to get diddly squat out of it?

If you were in her shoes and were asked to try something that pushed the boundaries of your comfort zone and the likely scenario is that you wouldn’t even get off, would you do it? Probably not. Don’t be surprised when she doesn’t want to have kinky sex with you if you can’t make her come. On the other hand, however, if you always make sure she’s as satisfied as you are during sex, don’t be surprised when she wants to try everything under the sun with you. When you consistently give your girl orgasms, you unleash her inner sex vixen – and this is a side that almost every woman has.

She only lets it out when she feels safe and cared for by a man in the bedroom – and this is achieved only by putting her pleasure first. When a man has sex with a woman solely for his own pleasure, and doesn’t take the time to make sure she has an orgasm as well, doesn’t feel safe expressing herself in the bedroom and most certainly doesn’t feel like the guy cares about her at all. Once you show her that her pleasure is important to you, and you work hard to give her an orgasm every time you do the nasty, she’ll unleash her inner freak and you’ll be the guy who’s around to enjoy it.

She’ll Want To Have Sex With You More Often

This is a very simple concept, but many guys just don’t get it. If you give her orgasms when you have sex with her, she’ll want to have sex more often. Easy, right? Many guys, however, fail to make a woman climax during sex and then complain when she doesn’t ever want to have sex with him. Why does she want to slide between the sheets when it has simply become a chore for her? Another thing on her to-do list? “Cook dinner, do the dishes, have sex with John, pay the bills….”

You can’t blame a woman for feeling this way about sex when she doesn’t get anything out of it. Wouldn’t you? If a girl never gets off when she has sex with her man, she’s not going to want to have sex very often. Her body just isn’t going to desire it or want it, because truthfully, there’s nothing to desire or want! However, if you consistently give her a climax every time you have sex, her body is going to naturally crave more.

She will want to have sex with you more often, and she will rarely turn you down when she asks. She knows that when she has sex with you that she’s going to feel great, so there’s no reason for her to deny you – because she knows then she would also be denying herself. When she has a climax every time you and her get it on, don’t be shocked when you find that she’s all over you!

She Will Feel More Emotionally Connected To You

Go back to the part where she feels safe and cared about when she climaxes with her partner during sex – this is important. You already know women are emotional creatures (yeah, you can say that again!), but did you know that giving her an orgasm will help her feel more emotionally connected to you? When her partner fails to make sure she gets pleasure from sex, she feels lonely, taken advantage of and uncared for.

She feels like she’s not important enough to her partner for him to spend any amount of time or effort on giving her an orgasm. Therefore, she will begin to emotionally withdraw in the relationship. This can lead to all kinds of problems, and not just problems in between the sheets. The relationship will begin to suffer, because deep down, she believes her partner must not care for her and that he only cares about himself – because he’s demonstrated that during sex by only caring for his own pleasure and sexual release.

She begins to harbor resentment towards her partner and this usually comes out in different ways, outside the bedroom doors. When you do satisfy your lover between the sheets, however, she feels as though she’s important to her partner, and her sexual pleasure is worth his time and effort. When a woman feels confident that her pleasure is as important to her partner as his own is, she feels more like an equal in the relationship and will treat her partner as such.

They’ll still get into fights and arguements like every couple does, however, because she has no deep seated resentment towards him for not caring enough to make her come, the fights will resolve more easily and there will be less of them.

She’ll Nag You Less (Yeah, You Heard That Right)

A woman nags a man when she is unhappy in a relationship – when she is happy and satisfied, she’ll make excuses for him, or make up for his slack. This is just the way women are – they are very willing to trade household chores and other things for feeling loved and cherished. Beware, however, that failing to help around the house at all will in and of itself make her feel like you don’t love and cherish her. So giving her orgasms isn’t your get out of jail free card or anything, but it can certainly help.

You already know now that helping her get off during sex makes her feel great and makes her feel more emotionally connected to you. She feels like you love and care about her, so when you make her come consistently, she will be more willing to make excuses in her head for you when you forget to take out the trash or do the dishes. For example, say your lover absolutely hates it when you leave your underwear on the floor after you take a shower. But the night before, you gave her not one, not two, but three leg shaking, squirting orgasms after which she could barely stand up – all before you even thought about what kind of pleasure you were going to get.

It affected her on so many different levels that she went to bed completely blissed out and woke up that way too. She finds your dirty underwear on the floor, but remembers what went in that underwear and how much pleasure it gave her the night before. She throws them in the hamper and forgets about it five seconds later. Not only will she not bitch you out when you get home, she may very well attack you and rip your clothes off for an encore.

Now reverse that situation. Say you didn’t give her an orgasm the night before. You fingered her for less than two minutes assuming that would get her turned on and wet (which it didn’t, it actually just hurt and pissed her off) and proceeded to thrust into her for a total of five minutes, after which you got yours and rolled over and went to sleep. She went to bed feeling frustrated and unloved.

The next day, she finds your dirty underwear on the floor. She’s already pissed, and now this has made her even more angry, because it just adds to her belief that you are inconsiderate and couldn’t care less about her and her feelings. She remembers what went in that underwear and how it assaulted her the night before. She throws them in the hamper and absolutely does not forget about it – she thinks about it all day and stews over it, getting angrier and angrier and probably finding other things that you did wrong to bitch at you for.

When you get home, be prepared for her to light into you before you even get your work clothes off. In fact, she may very well call you on your lunch break to give you a preview of the verbal reaming you can expect when you get home.

Getting regularly satisfied during sex changes the way a woman looks at her man in a relationship, and it changes the way she thinks about his mistakes. It’s far easier for women to write off their partners’ shortcomings and focus on the things he does to make her happy – like incredible orgasms – than it is to stew over the things he does wrong.

Women prefer to make excuses for their men when they’re getting something out of the relationship. And it’s far easier for you as a man to make her come than to listen to constant nagging. By making sure your lover is regularly and consistently satisfied during sex, you’re really making your own life easier. And hers. It’s a win-win situation and the sex will be super hot.

So are you ready to learn what it takes to give her mind blowing, sheet soaking orgasms?

How To Give Any Girl Multiple Orgasms During Sex

By loveandsex

Sex tips are essential for giving your girlfriend or wife multiple orgasms. These orgasms are tricky territory and may be hard just to bring up in conversation, if only because many women don’t even know they are possible!

If she is already struggling to reach orgasm regularly, so might not want the additional pressure of trying to orgasm over and over again.

There are several ways to assist your partner with finding the path to multiples, as all women have the capacity, but only if she is prepared and has opened her mind to the idea. It’s all just a matter of creating the perfect storm.

What To Do After The First Orgasm

Once she has experienced her first orgasm, you want to ensure she remains aroused. Cuddle, coo, snuggle and tell your lover how much you appreciate her, all while slowly and gently stimulating the clitoral head and hood.

If she is too sensitive, pull back to the labia, the mons or even the inner thigh. Basically, whatever pressure, rhythm and position you were in prior to her orgasm, you want to continue along those lines but more gently and with less force.

Focus on the romance for a bit instead of the orgasm, and allow her a bit of a breather. Just don’t stop touching for more than a few seconds at a time, or the cool-off period will begin.

Watch Her Breathing

Once your girl’s breathing starts slowing back to normal (but before it gets all the way there), start with a bit more pressure along the mons pubis. If need be, shift into another position that offers strong symphysis and/or G-Spot stimulation.

If you can, put your hand over the mons pubis and feel around for the clitoral shaft, making sure she is getting the proper angle for lots of rubbing and friction.

Move your body further up hers if you are in a sex position facing her, so that you can help her rise toward climax again. If she pushes you away or says she’s too sensitive, take things back a few notches but don’t stop entirely.

Focus On The Other Parts

Focus on other parts of her body that arouse her until she starts to move of her own accord, rubbing against you in search of more stimulation. When her hips thrust and her breathing quickens, you can start playing with her mons pubis and pressing up against her pubic bone.

Her second orgasm should occur in less time than it took the first, only because her body didn’t regress all the way back to the non-aroused state before beginning her next ascent to climax.

What Matters Most To Women During Sex

By loveandsex

Sex tips are essential for all guys to learn what matters most to women. Men are obsessed with the position you do it in, how long you last, or whether or not you give her an orgasm. What matters most to her is YOU! A woman’s relationship with her man is often times the main reason behind her lack of interest in sex and inability to achieve an orgasm.

Although she could be displeased with her man in the bedroom, her lack of sexual desire and orgasms is usually related to much more than his faulty techniques and inability to give her an orgasm.

The good news is that such problems can be resolved. But for that to happen, you must be willing and able. So if she does not have a desire for sex and ability to have an orgasm is lacking, take a deep breath, blow it out, and find comfort in knowing that this problem can be fixed. Neither of you are doomed to a sex life without pleasure.

In fact, if you follow all of the steps you will be able to provide her with what she needs to “want” to have sex and to achieve orgasm. The following sex tips are a few things you can do to help ease any tension that may exist between the two of you and open her mind to exploring new sexual terrain with you:

Don’t Be Negative

If you accuse your partner of being frigid or lying there like a cold, dead fish, you’ll cause her to retreat from sex even more. So do the opposite. Lift her self-esteem and shower her with compliments (sexual and otherwise). Help her to feel comfortable about talking about her sexual issues with you by sharing all of the positive thoughts you have about her.

Don’t Pressure Her Into Having An Orgasm

Pressuring your lady to have an orgasm when she doesn’t feel like it will only make her want to avoid it more. Remove the pressure by making it clear to her that you will never get upset with her or offended if she doesn’t have an orgasm or doesn’t feel like having sex. If pressuring her, sulking or getting angry is what you’ve typically done in the past, let her know those days are over and never do it again!

Discuss The Issue With Her

Find some quiet time to have a talk with your lady about her difficulty achieving an orgasm. Tell her you’ve noticed that she doesn’t seem to climax as often as you would like for her to. Ask her why, and be sure she knows you are only trying to get some answers, not make her feel bad. Ask her some pointed questions: Is she tired or do your methods need some improvement?

Does she want more foreplay? Would a sensual massage help? Provide her with support if her inability to orgasm is due to a painful past. Let your lady know you understand. Tell her you understand how painful it must be for her. Encourage her to talk to a counselor who specializes in sexual problems in women.

Be sure not to force her to tell you every sordid detail about her experience. But let her know that you are there for her if she wants to talk. Never judge her, and do your best to avoid offering her advice. Just listen and provide her with lots of nonsexual hugs.

Tell Her How Much You Love Her

A woman never tires of hearing her man say, “I love you.” And a woman who feels loved and secure will be more likely to relax and trust enough to allow you to satisfy her deepest desires. There’s a lot you can do to sexually arouse her and provide your girl with the stimulation she needs to have an orgasm.

Just keep in mind that it doesn’t happen overnight. If bringing her to a female orgasm has been a challenge in the past, then it’s going to take some time, effort, understanding, and practice before you are able to give her the Big O.

But that’s not all it’s going to take. It’s also going to take lots of KNOWLEDGE! And that’s exactly what you’re getting by reading this book. So keep reading—the best has yet to come (no pun intended)!
