10 Things You DIDN’T Know About SEX!

By loveandsex

Sex is pretty cut and dry, right? Wrong! There are tons of things about getting it on that you probably don’t know – are YOU savvy when it comes to sex – or not?

1. You And Your Partner Can Be A “Mismatch”

A penis doesn’t always fit into a vagina perfectly. Yes, they’re generally “made to fit together,” but that doesn’t always happen. Sometimes, a man can be much smaller than a woman, resulting in reduced pleasure for both of them because his penis is too small to stimulate the walls of his partner’s vagina.

Also, a man can be too large for a woman, resulting in pain or discomfort for her. A vagina is made to stretch, but there’s only so much length in there. A vagina will double in length when a woman is aroused (from about 4″ long to about 8″) but there are still some men who are substantially larger than this.

2. A Woman’s Orgasms Can (And Will) Outnumber A Man’s

It’s no secret that women can have multiple orgasms. But did you know that it’s possible for a girl to have a pretty much unlimited number of climaxes? That’s right. Most men have one and they’re extremely lucky to get two, but that’s pretty rare even for the pros.

However, a girl can climax again and again during sex, simply because she never goes all the way back down to square one after she reaches orgasm, unless she stops all pleasure completely and waits for her “oven to cool off,” so to speak. The female orgasm is similar to an oven, where it takes quite some time to warm up and reach temperature, but also a significant amount of time to cool down. While the oven is “hot,” she can climax over and over!

3. Confidence Will Make You Look Sexier

Confidence matters much, much more than what you look like or anything you wear. Both women and men become instantly more attractive when the show a good amount of confidence in themselves, because frankly, a low self esteem isn’t very becoming on anyone.

Forget about donning the lingerie for sex – just go in and strut your stuff. Care less about your cellulite or stray body hairs and care more about awesome foreplay and incredible orgasms. Have confidence in not only your hotness, but also your ability to please your partner and experience pleasure yourself.

4. Regular Sex Will Improve Your Immune System

During sex, our bodies release a antibody called immunoglobulin-A, which can help fight off illnesses like the flu or the common cold. Regular sex can produce quite a bit of this antibody, which can help you stay healthier during cold and flu season. Did you really need another reason to snuggle up when it’s cold outside and get it on?

5. Women Fall Asleep After Sex Too

That is, if the sex was any good. If a woman is really and truly satisfied after sex (after having one or more orgasms), then she’s going to be dog tired too. It’s true that men get the bad rap for falling asleep after sex when the girls just want to talk or cuddle, but if the nookie really was that stellar, both parties are going to be out like a light in minutes.

6. Sex Is Better In Long Term Relationships

While casual sex is fun in and of itself, sex can get REALLY hot in a long term relationship or a marriage. Sure, you’ve heard the opposite, that the desire begins to wane after you’ve been with someone for a significant period of time. This, however, isn’t always the case.

Sex in a long term relationship can be super hot if you make it that way! Monogamy tends to create a feeling of safety and comfort between two people, where new and exciting fantasies can be tried without the fear of judgement or criticism. Basically, you can start doing those things you always fantasized about, but would never tell someone you just met.

7. Orgasms Relieve Menstrual Cramps In Women

Most women don’t want to have sex on their periods, but it can actually be very beneficial if you can get over the “yuck” factor. Just lay a towel down and hop in the shower afterwards. Believe it or not, a good orgasm can produce enough endorphins to help relieve menstrual cramps better than over the counter pain medicine.

Also, during an orgasm, the uterus will contract, helping to shed more of the inner lining at once. Getting the lining out quicker, so to speak, will help your period become shorter and lighter in the coming days.

8. Medications Can Be Responsible For A Lowered Sex Drive

If you have experienced a dip in your sex drive (or your partner has), take a look at what’s inside your medicine cabinet. Anti-depressants and anti-psychotics are notorious for causing both men and women to desire sex less. Other medications for blood pressure, diabetes and more can cause a decreased libido as well. If you’re struggling with your sexual desire and you take any kind of medications, you may want to check with your doctor about a change in meds. Never switch medications or stop them without your doctor’s clearance first.

9. Men Only Ejaculate About A Teaspoon – But Girls Can Ejaculate Much More!

When a man ejaculates, it may seem like a lot of fluid is coming out because it comes out in so many spurts. However, a man really will only ejaculate about a teaspoon of semen, give or take a little. Women can ejaculate also, but they can ejaculate much, much more than just a teaspoon of fluid! It takes some practice and some women are never able to do it, but many girls can ejaculate LOTS of fluid during sex or masturbation. That’s why they call it “squirting!”

10. It’s Normal To Have “Strange” Sex Fantasies

If you think your sex fantasies are weird, or no one else has them and you’re just a freak, think again! There are SO many sexual fantasies out there in almost every flavor you can imagine (and some that would never cross your mind).

Rest assured that odds are, someone else out there likes what you like sexually, regardless of how strange it might seem. It’s also completely normal for odd sexual things to flit across your mind now and then, even if you would never, ever consider doing something like that in real life.

10 Things You Didn’t Know About Vaginas

By loveandsex

Sex is something lots of guys they think they know everything about. They assume they know everything there is to know not only about how to please a woman, but also about her anatomy and how it plays a role in sex.  You may think you know a lot about the body of a woman, but you probably didn’t know these ten things about a woman’s vagina!

An Orgasm Is An Excellent Pain Reliever

Next time your girl gives you the excuse that she doesn’t want to have sex with you because she has a headache, you can tell her she’s full of it. An orgasm is an excellent pain reliever, and can work as well as over the counter medicines or even some pharmaceutical grade pain relievers. You just have to actually make sure you give her a great orgasm!

The Vagina Cleans Itself

A woman’s genitals are designed to clean itself – meaning, douching is completely unnecessary and can actually do more harm than good. After menstruation, it cleans itself out and continues to do so throughout a woman’s monthly cycle. It also will clean itself out after sex! This helps prevent yeast or bacterial infections. However, if more bacteria or yeast are introduced than the body can handle, an overgrowth can occur. This usually can be easily treated with over the counter creams or doctor prescribed antibiotics.

It’s Not All About The G-Spot

The g-spot gets all the credit for giving women amazing orgasms, but there is another spot – called the A-Spot – that can be just as effective at giving a woman an earth shattering climax. The A-Spot is located deeper within the canal than the g-spot (right in front of the cervix) and it can be stimulated using the same “come hither” motion with your fingers that you would use if you were stimulating the g-spot. Just remember that since you’re going very deep inside a woman, you need plenty of good lubrication and you need her to be aroused first so it’s not painful or uncomfortable.

You Are What You Eat

A healthy vagina has an odor, but it is usually not very pungent. A yeast or bacterial infection can make it smell more pungent, but a funky smelling peach doesn’t always mean an infection. Many of the things a woman eats will affect the way her genitals taste and smell. For example, eating lots of pineapple and sweet fruits will make it taste and smell sweeter (which can be great for oral sex), but vegetables such as cabbage or asparagus can give it a more off putting scent.

The Vagina Can Actually Fall Out!

Vaginal prolapse is when the uterus, ovaries, fallopian tubes or vagina (or a combination of all of these) moves downward from its natural place in the body. This condition is common following surgeries such as hysterectomies, but can also happen without any prior event. In severe cases, this medical condition will cause the inner tissues to protrude through the vaginal opening.

Female Ejaculation Does Exist

Women – in addition to men – can ejaculate varying amounts of fluid during orgasm. Many women are able to produce very large amounds of fluid! Some skeptics report that the “ejaculate” that comes from a woman isn’t actually ejaculate at all, but urine. However, science has found that the components of female ejaculate are separate from the components of urine are very different and while the fluid does come from the paraurethral ducts, it does not come from the bladder.

The Vagina Can Double In Length When A Woman Is Aroused

How long a vagina is varies from woman to woman. Some women have very small, short canals while others have very long ones. The average size in an unaroused woman is 3-4 inches long, but during arousal, this number can increase and may even double! So guys, make sure your lady is aroused before penetration, because you’ll go a lot deeper and she’ll be a lot more comfortable during sex.

Having Sex Can Keep The Vagina Young And Healthy

Like the rest of your muscles, the vagina needs to be used and exercised or it will become weak and brittle. During prolonged periods of abstinence, especially when a woman goes through menopause or reaches old age, the delicate tissues inside will thin and can begin to break down. Regular sex, however, will help keep a woman’s genitals in peak form.

Vaginal Secretions Contain A Component Found In Shark Livers

Upon microscopic examination of the ingredients found in female vaginal secretions, scientists have noted that these secretions contain a component actually found in shark livers. This is called squalene, and can also be found in vegetable oils. It can be used in cosmetics, because it is an excellent moisturizer that doesn’t leave the skin feeling greasy! Squalene is most likely what makes natural secretions good for the health of the genitals, because it keeps the tissue moist and supple.

The Vaginal Muscles Are Extremely Powerful

All women have the ability to use their vaginal muscles – also called the PC muscles – during sex. These are also the same muscles a girl uses to stop the flow of urine, and they can be strengthened through exercises like Kegels. You might not think that these muscles would be very powerful, but they are! The world record holder for the strongest vagina is a Russian woman who was able to lift 31 pounds with her vaginal muscles only!

The 9 Types Of Orgasms – And How To Give Them!

By shawnalenee

Orgasms for a man are EASY to understand. You simply thrust, get aroused, finish, and go to sleep. Most men can only have one type of climax – after which they usually lose their erection temporarily before they can get hard and have another.

Women however, can have MANY different kinds!

These range from those that are barely noticeable to her man, to SCREAMING, TOE-CURLING, even bed soaking squirting orgasms (Woo!) There are also many different ones in between those extremes! Unlike men, the TYPE of climax a woman has is often 100% CONTROLLABLE by her sexual partner (you)!

One of the first steps to giving your girl the strongest orgasms of her life is RECOGNIZING that YOU have control over them.

Lucky you!

You should never blame your girl for not coming. Always be honest with yourself, and ask yourself if you are really sexually satisfying her. Let’s talk about some of the kinds of climaxes women are capable of having.

Foreplay Orgasms

These take place during foreplay (or “pre-penetration.”)

Foreplay orgasms are so important, because they allow your lover to “warm up” and have multiple orgasms later when you penetrate her. Every GREAT lover should have the following in his playbook:

Nipple Climax

Not all women can have a climax through nipple stimulation alone, but since a personally know a few who can, so I had to put it in here to make the article complete!

Clitoral Orgasm

This climax concentrates on the clitoris. Not as intense as the deep spot and other vaginal orgasms but still a great warm up and relatively easy to do.

“Deep Spot” Climax

The “deep spot” climax is often the first time many woman have a true “internal” orgasm, as it’s usually easier for a woman to have one of these than it is for her to have one during sex.

“G-Spot” Climax

The g-spot climax is similar to the deep spot but not quite as intense. Still a great orgasm to have in the bag of tricks to get her “primed” for multiples during sex.

Now let’s talk about some of the orgasms women are capable of having during PENETRATION:

Penetration Orgasms

Vaginal Orgasm

Normal climax while you are inside of her, much like the “deep spot” orgasm. Usually more intense than any foreplay orgasm but for some woman very difficult to achieve. Far easier to achieve AFTER a foreplay orgasm.

Anal Climax

This occurs when you have a clitoral or vaginal orgasm during anal sex. It feels very different to a girl than a clitoral or vaginal orgasm alone.

Multiple Orgasms

Multiple orgasms are when your lover has an orgasm and you give her another (or many) orgasms right after. This is different than the continuous orgasm which is described next.

Continuous Orgasm

This is when your girl has an orgasm but instead of letting her sexual excitement come down (as many women think they have to because they are sensitive) you INSTEAD keep going and often even harder. This causes her to start climaxing UNCONTROLLABLY and over and over. With a continuous climax she will often be EXHAUSTED after and will always say she had not idea how many orgasms she had. 99% of women need to be verbally talked through a continuous climax as it is rare that previous lovers have EVER done this to her. She also has no way to do this herself through masturbation. If you make your girl have one of these, she just might become sexually addicted to you, so only do this with a girl you REALLY like!

Squirting Orgasm

Ah, the mysterious one! Well first of all I will tell you, squirting orgasms are VERY REAL and every woman has the “equipment” to have one! Let’s just say they’re a lot of fun!

So there you have it. Being a girl does have SOME advantages!

Female Orgasm – Squirting 101

By loveandsex

The ability to squirt during orgasm is perhaps one of the more elusive and taboo parts of a woman’s anatomy. Squirting can be a huge turn on for guys and it can intensify an orgasm for a woman ten fold. Many people believe that squirting isn’t something women can do at all, but in recent years it has been proven that women can indeed squirt. So what is squirting anyways?

What Is Squirting?

Squirting for women is much like ejaculating is for a man. All women have a functioning prostate gland that starts producing fluid when a girl begins to go through puberty. This fluid is what is ejaculated from the vulva when a woman “squirts.” It does not come from the vagina nor does it come from the urethra, where urine is expelled. It comes from its very own special gland called the Skene’s gland. This gland is present in all women and its sole function is to serve as an exit for a woman’s prostate fluid. However, not all women can or will squirt during their lifetimes!

What Is The Fluid Made Of?

The fluid a woman ejaculates when she squirts is a clear, very thin and watery fluid. It can sometimes be milky in color, and posseses its very own odor. It does not contain any sperm, but it does contain higher levels of glucose and enzymes that are similar to male semen. Many people who were or are skeptical about a woman’s ability to squirt have said that the fluid ejaculated during orgasm is simply urine, but this has been scientifically disproved. A woman may feel like she is about to urinate when she is getting ready to squirt, but true squirting consists only of this special fluid from the prostate gland. Female ejaculate is also separate from the fluid the vagina naturally makes during sexual arousal. The fluid made by the vagina during sexual arousal is often thicker and more sticky, while female ejaculate is more of a transparent type liquid.

Stimulating The G-Spot

To make a woman squirt, it requires intense g-spot stimulation. Use very firm pressure! A woman will not squirt if not enough pressure is used. However, it is important that a woman be relaxed and extremely turned on before attempting to make her squirt. For a woman to squirt, she must be comfortable enough to completely let go, because if any part of her is holding back, she’s not going to be able to squirt. Starting with firm pressure isn’t going to do anything but make her uncomfortable. Get her very wet and very turned on before you begin stimulating her g-spot and prostate gland. Stimulate her labia, her vagina and her clitoris first, or at the same time that you stimulate her g-spot. Have patience, because it will usually take a few to several tries before squirting is actually acheived.

There is nothing wrong or abnormal about female ejaculation – in fact, quite the opposite! Squirting can deeply enhance a woman’s orgasms and spice up a couple’s sex life tremendously. Every woman can learn how to squirt – she just has to learn to let go!

How To Give Your Girl The SQUIRTING Orgasm Of Her Life!

By loveandsex

Squirting can be extremely hot and surprising if it has never done it before. If she has never squirted before, you could be the greatest lover she has ever been with by employing a few simple techniques. Making your girlfriend or wife squirt is not all that difficult when you understand the physiology of how it is actually performed.

A common misconception is that women who have never squirted before are unable to. This is simply not true. Unless there is an anatomical problem or sexual dysfunction, all women can squirt. Here is a quick guide to squirting so your wife or girlfriend can experience the orgasm of her life.

What Is It?

When most men think about squirting, they think that the girl is urinating. This is not true. Although squirting is a clear liquid, it is not urine.  It does come out of the urethra and not the G-spot, but the liquid has no affiliation with pee. Before you try to make your girl squirt, there are a few things that you need to be comfortable with.

When a girl is squirting, there is a slight chance that she could pee. Being comfortable with this is essential. Don’t freak out on her if she does pee a little bit. This is fairly normal for girls who have never ejaculated before. Make sure that she knows you are okay with her peeing if this occurs. If she is nervous she will not be able to relax and she will not be able to squirt.

Getting Her Ready

Before you ever try to make your girl squirt, you need to make sure that she is warmed up. In order to put your girl at ease and get her in the mood, you must start off with a lot of foreplay. Shoving your fingers into your girl without getting her ready is never recommended.

Use a lot of kissing and teasing to get your girl wet enough to start fingering her. Suck on her breasts and nipples while running your fingertips up and down her inner thigh. When she starts to breathe harder you will be able to tell that she’s ready for you to start touching her vagina. Again, don’t go straight for the inside of her vagina. Play with her clitoris a little bit and brush the outer lips with your fingers to get her ready.

The G-Spot

The G-spot is going to be the primary way of getting your girl to start squirting. There are a lot of women out there that are so in tune with their bodies that they can ejaculate by just touching their breasts or their clitoris. However, most women will not be able to ejaculate unless they are being stimulated manually through their G-spot.

If you have problems finding the G-spot, there is a simple guide you can follow. Insert your fingers into your woman’s vagina palm-face up. The G-spot is located on the upper-most portion of the vagina about three inches in. The G-spot is a very fleshy textured patch and you should be able to feel it with your fingers. As soon as you touch it you should see your girlfriend squirm a bit.

Making Her Squirt

Now that you successfully found her G-spot it’s time to start making her squirt. Start to curl your fingers as if you are saying “come here.” She should moan in delight. If you start to feel the G-spot fill up and get solid, you’re doing it right. Increase the pressure to her G-spot and start going a little faster.

Take your other hand and press down on the area around her stomach and pubic bone. This will give more pressure to the area and add to her arousal. Take direction from her. If she says go faster, then go faster. If says that she feels like she’s going to pee, tell her that it’s okay and to let go. Within a couple of minutes she should start to ejaculate. You might see a small gush of liquid from her vagina or a stream of liquid.
