How To Make A Woman Climax

By leejenkins

Unfortunately for us, women take longer to climax than men. While it takes the average guy less than 5 minutes to finish, it could take a girl more than 30 minutes to get off during sex, if at all.

You might ask, it doesn’t matter how long it takes her to get there as long as she does, right? That’s a good point, but here’s the thing. A certain proportion of women in the world fake orgasm during sex because the men they’re with lack the skills to help them reach orgasm. In fact, you’d be surprised to learn just how many women around have never really experienced the big O.

When it comes to making a girl climax, you have several options. You can make her climax while you’re having sex (penetration), you can do oral sex with fingering, or you can help her masturbate. There’s a key technique involved in each of these options .

How To Make Her Orgasm During Sex

When you’re having sex, you should remember that you might be feeling more pleasure than your girl. Why? This is because your most sensitive organ is conveniently wrapped in all that warmth and comfort. However, a girl’s most sensitive area (namely, her clitoris) is left alone during sex.

Some guys think penetration (thrusting in and out) is enough to make a woman climax, without knowing that a simple shift in weight to press on a woman’s frontal vaginal region can make all the difference as far as her pleasure is concerned.

Here’s what you can do. Make sure you touch your girl’s clitoris during penetration, either by using your fingers or by pressing more on her mound when you thrust.

How To Make her Orgasm By Oral Sex

When you’re going down on a woman, remember that the center of sensation is the clitoris and the outer parts of her labia. Most guys simulate penile thrusting during oral sex, which could prolong her orgasm further. A stroking motion with your tongue over her clitoris and labia will push her over the brink and make her orgasm faster. If the girl insists on penetration during oral sex, use your fingers.

How To Make Her Orgasm By Fingering

Fingering a girl doesn’t always mean you have to do it alone. Invite her to join in. You can take charge of penetrating her with two fingers and she can stroke her clitoris, or vice versa. Another way of doing this is allowing her to masturbate while you caress her other erogenous zones. The additional stimulation from other sources will make her climax intensely and rapidly.

Don’t get caught up with the “right” techniques to make a woman climax. You can mix and match techniques and experiment with variations of these techniques until you find a combination that works for you every time you’re in bed with your girl.

Can A Guy Fake An Orgasm?

By jessicaperez

Everyone knows that women fake orgasms and get away with it because there’s no evidence that she did not climax. Women lubricate a lot during sex, and more often than not men rely on verbal assurance and female body language to know whether a girl reached orgasm or not. Most men have no idea that a girl is faking.

But what about men? Can men fake orgasm as well?

You would be surprised to know that a lot of men fake orgasm without getting caught. Blame it on the condom. A lubricated condom can make it seem like a man blew a suitable amount of semi-clear liquid, but the truth is that it’s mostly pre-ejaculate. Women often don’t notice that a man is faking because he consciously tries to simulate the facial expression of a man on the brink of climax; much like the way we do it.

If you’re wondering why men bother, here are some of the main reasons why men fake.

He Can’t Go For A Second Round

If a man has already reached climax during the first round of sex, there’s a chance that he can’t have multiple orgasms. However, his pride won’t let him quit so he tries to get it up. But what if during the second round, his exhaustion keeps him from performing? Should he wave the white flag and admit that he can’t perform or should he fake?

Premature ejaculation is a cop out when a man just can’t perform. He can apologize to the woman, and flatter her by saying that she’s really sexy so he couldn’t contain himself. And, she will digest all that without ever realizing that the orgasm wasn’t real.

He’s Too Drunk To Continue

Some men don’t have to climax to become as limp as soggy noodles. When drunk, some guys can only maintain an erection for about five minutes. To save face, he fakes an orgasm when he feels that he’s losing his erection so that he doesn’t have to admit that he just cannot maintain an erection.

He’s Distracted

The sad truth is that men fake orgasm for the same reason that women do. Men deal with the stress of being the aggressor in the bedroom, and some guys cannot handle that kind of pressure. He might be struggling with a problem, or he could be feeling distant.

He Wants To Avoid Drama

The thing is, men fake because they don’t want to deal with a sullen partner. A woman’s pride plummets when she feels unattractive; and there’s no faster way to make her feel that she’s ugly than not getting turned on when she’s naked and willing in front of a man. Men would rather be thought of as premature ejaculators than deal with all that drama.

If you suspect your man’s faking, you can discuss his problems. Maybe you don’t know about his drinking habit and he’s trying to hide it. Maybe you don’t know that he’s frequently off-peak because of work-related stress.

Whatever you do, don’t force him to admit that he has faked his orgasm more than a few times. Men’s reasons for faking are more profound than ours, so it’s better to focus on much more constructive things than trying to make him admit the truth.

(Ladies) How To Masturbate In 10 Easy Steps

By loveandsex

Masturbation for women is not at all like what masturbation is for men. Men often learn to masturbate at a young age, whereas many women have never tried masturbation before at all! Masturbation is a great way to satisfy your sexual curiosity and needs if you’ve never had sex before or in between sexual relationships. It’s also an excellent way to connect with yourself spiritually, emotionally and sexually. Here’s how to masturbate in 10 easy steps!

Get Yourself In The Mood

For most women, trying to orgasm when you’re stressed out or thinking about your daily to-do list is much like trying to fit a square peg in a round hole. It’s not going to happen. When you’re ready to start masturbating, spend some time to get yourself in the mood. Lock your door so you’re not worried about someone walking in and catching you in the act, take a bath, drink a glass of wine if you’re of age and just take some time to de-stress and let the thoughts of the day float away.

Fantasize

What makes you hot? Think about what turns you on and then do just that – think about it! Don’t be afraid to use props, such as erotic magazines, books or videos. Put on something soft and silky, or go naked if that’s what you like. Light candles with scents that relax you or turn you on. Whatever you choose to do, it just has to turn you on and get you thinking about pleasure.

Explore Your Body

Instead of just heading straight to your vulva, take some time to explore your entire body. If you’ve put on something soft and silky, try rubbing that across your skin. If you’re nude, take a silk scarf and rub it across your nipples. Touch your body, from your neck to your legs. When you touch somewhere that feels good, keep doing it! Try touching two places at once, such as touching your nipples and caressing lightly in between your legs.

Touch Yourself

When you’re ready to move to your vulva, begin touching yourself softly and slowly. Use one or two fingers to slowly massage your clitoris. Try using your palm too, and experiment with different pressures and speeds to find out what feels the best. This is where you’ll want to start using lots of lube! Many women don’t realize how much even just a little lube can make a difference in how masturbation feels. Try tickling yourself, tugging gently on your labia, or even inserting a finger or two in your vagina. Most women, however, will get more pleasure from clitoral stimulation during masturbation than they will vaginal.

Build Up The Sexual Tension

When you start feeling really aroused, back down a little bit and use a softer pressure or less speed to slow down and let the sexual tension build. Make the pleasure last as long as possible by not rushing to orgasm. When you feel like you’re on the brink, stop and do something else. When you’ve felt the pleasure subside a little, start building up again until you’ve reached the brink again. Keep doing this until you just can’t hold back anymore!

Remember To Breathe

A lot of women hold their breath when they start feeling pleasure, when they should be doing the exact opposite. Remember to breathe deeply and let the sexual energy flow through your body instead of trying to fight against it. Start building up a rhythm by rocking your pelvis against your hand. Try clenching your PC muscles (the muscles you use to stop the flow of urine) in tandem with rocking your pelvis and touching yourself.

Reaching Orgasm

When you’re at the brink of reaching orgasm but just can’t seem to make it over the edge, try giving yourself a little extra stimulation. Think about a really, super hot fantasy or use your fingers or a toy to insert into your vagina. You can also try pinching your nipples or caressing your anus.

Letting Yourself Go

When you begin to orgasm, continue doing exactly what you were doing when the orgasm started. Don’t stop! You’ll begin to feel waves of pleasure, and you may want to lighten your stimulation a little to feel the individual orgasmic waves. If this is the first time you’ve had an orgasm, it may feel like a blast of pleasure that seemed too short, but the more you masturbate and experience orgasms, the more you will begin to feel the different parts of an orgasm.

Practice, Practice, Practice

When it comes to masturbation, practice makes perfect. You may not reach orgasm on your first try, or you may not be quite satisfied with the first experience. Don’t give up! Try using a vibrator or dildo that will provide intense stimulation, or try rocking your pelvis against something like a pillow, a stuffed animal or even the corner of your bed. Try lots of different things and when you find something that you like, keep doing it! If something isn’t working for you, it’s time to give it up and try something else. With practice, you’ll find the masturbation methods that get you hot and bring you to orgasm every single time!

How To Achieve A Spectacular Orgasm

By loveandsex

Focusing on your partner’s pleasure and giving her a fabulous orgasm is a great way to make sure you’re having awesome sex, but what about making your own orgasm even better and even more spectacular? After she’s gotten hers, here are some excellent tips on how to make your orgasm the best you’ve ever had.

Prolong Ejaculation As Long As You Can

Instead of letting your orgasm come when it comes (no pun intended), try prolonging ejaculation as long as you can. Many men who hold out do so to help give their partners time to have an orgasm, however, this technique will also work to give you a stronger, harder orgasm when you finally ejaculate. Go slow, and don’t rush to have an orgasm. Instead, simply focus on feeling each wave of pleasure pass through you rather than focusing on the end result. When you feel you’re getting close to orgasm, you can stop for awhile, or just go slower. Take this time to give your partner some more pleasure, such as giving her oral sex while you back down from the brink of orgasm for a few minutes. Repeat this process until you just can’t hold it in anymore!

Hold Your Orgasm In

When you feel yourself physically starting to orgasm, squeeze your PC muscles to try to hold it in as long as you can. Your PC muscles are the same muscles that you use to stop the flow of urine. When your orgasm bursts through all of your efforts to hold it at bay, your orgasm will be amazingly powerful and the final release will be mind blowing. If you find this difficult to do, however, you’re not alone. Some men aren’t able to effectively use their PC muscles right away because just like any muscle, they need to be exercised to become strong. Practice doing kegel exercises on your own by squeezing and holding your PC muscles several times a day. These exercises will help you to strengthen your PC muscles so when you use them to hold your orgasm back, you are able to do so effectively.

How An Awesome Orgasm Will Turn HER On Too!

When you have a great orgasm, your partner will feel amazing too. She’ll feel super sexy and awesome for having given you such a mind blowing and intense orgasm and she’ll want to do it again and again. Women truly love giving their partners pleasure and get a great emotional high from it, so when you have a spectacular orgasm, she’ll feel great too. After sex, be sure to tell her how much she turned you on and how amazing it felt to finally explode inside her. She will love hearing how much pleasure she gave you and how wonderful your orgasm was, and it’s a great way for both of you to bask in the afterglow of amazing sex!

Q&A: Masturbation – Why Is It Taking So Long To Reach Orgasm?

By loveandsex

Reaching orgasm through masturbation is often easier for both men and women than it is reaching orgasm through intercourse or oral sex. That said, when it takes longer than usual to reach climax through masturbation, you may wonder if something is wrong with you. Here’s what to do if all of a sudden you notice it’s taking you significantly longer to get off when going solo.

Question: I am 15 and I masturbate often and only a week ago it on average took about 20 minutes to reach orgasm. All of a sudden starting the other night, it takes me approximately 1.5 – 2.5 hours, I didn’t change anything about the way I go about masturbating, so I am really confused as to this sudden jump, is this normal?

Changes In Your Life That Can Affect Masturbation

You may not have changed the way you masturbate at all, but other changes in your life can impact your ability to reach orgasm with masturbation and through intercourse and oral sex. Are you losing sleep or are you physically ill with a cold or perhaps the flu? Have you been super stressed out about something recently, such as a big test, moving or breaking up with your boyfriend or girlfriend? A lot of major life changes can affect how quickly you are able to reach orgasm, if at all. Fortunately, with most life situations, they are temporary and you will probably be able to get back to your normal masturbation routine once the stressor disappears.

Reaching Orgasm

Reaching orgasm, for both men and women, requires you to be calm, relaxed and have a clear mind. If you’re busy thinking about something that happened during the day or aren’t totally focused on the pleasure you’re giving yourself, it may take quite a bit longer for you to climax, or you may be unable to orgasm. This is especially true for women, but it can happen to men as well. If you’re not currently using visual stimulation during masturbation, give it a try. A picture, magazine or video may be all you need to distract your mind from day to day junk and instead allow you to focus on the task at hand – no pun intended.

Seeing Your Doctor

If you truly suspect something is wrong with your ability to reach orgasm through masturbation, and you can’t find any reason why masturbating is taking unusually longer than it has in the past, go see your doctor. You don’t have to be afraid to talk to your doctor about sex or masturbation, because your doctor knows all about it. They’ve seen and heard everything! If you’re not comfortable with your current doctor, don’t hesitate to find a doctor you are comfortable with. Talk to your doctor about what is going on and how it is a problem in your life. Your doctor can help find the causes of your inability to reach orgasm quickly through masturbation and find out if there is a true medical reason behind it or not. It never hurts to get an opinion from your doctor when you’re having an issue with your health – sexual or otherwise.
