Top 3 Sex Positions For Married Couples

By leejenkins

Trying new sex positions is a great way to turn up the heat in the bedroom, especially for married couples. Men and women who are married have some benefits when it comes to their sex lives, but there are also a few drawbacks. First of all, you are expected to live together, which means sharing the same bed every day. This also means you get to do it whenever you want. And, if the timing is right, you can even do it anywhere around the house. Living out the kind of sex that you have always dreamed of is possible when you have a partner to share it with.

One drawback to married sex is that sex becomes a part of a routine. Even without getting naked and diving under the sheets, you know how it will go. This is particularly true for couples who seem to know only one or two sex positions. This is when you start to wonder whether you can break the “groundhog day” rut in your sex life anytime soon.

There are many ways to spice things up, and one of these is changing the sex positions that you use when you hit the sheets.

Spooning

This is a sex position that is considered either challenging or easy, depending on various factors. The woman’s buttocks may be in the way, or the man’s penis may not be inserted fully. Because the man is directly behind the woman, he should angle his thrusts upward so that deeper penetration is possible.

The position is the naughtier version of cuddling so you can progress from ‘just a cuddle’ to sex in just a few seconds. The woman can freely touch her clitoris during penetration because she does not have to balance herself using her arms (like in the dog style position).

Standing Up

This is best done against the wall so that the man would not have to strain much should he want to carry the woman during sex. If carrying is not possible, the man can simply lift one of the woman’s legs and penetrate at an angle. If you have a pool, you can go to the deepest part (approximately 5 feet deep) and have sex there in this position. The water will buoy her up so that you do not have to do much lifting.

One disadvantage of the standing position is that the thrusting will be all up to the man. The woman will also have a hard time balancing so she will most probably just hang on to his neck or shoulders.

Woman On Top

Ideally, when a woman stays on top during sex, she should be the one to move. However, there are some women who get tired easily because they have to squat to pull off the woman on top position. What happens is that the woman grinds instead of moving her hips up and down. Some men dislike the sensation of ‘grinding’, which the woman does when she is tired. The solution? Thrust upward so that you can still control the rhythm and ask her to stay still.

Sex Tips: Penetration – How Far Is Too Far?

By loveandsex

Sex positions like doggy style and some versions of the missionary position can angle the vagina for deeper penetration during sex, but this isn’t always something that is desirable. Sometimes, deep penetration during sex can hurt, especially if her vagina is smaller than your penis or she’s a virgin the first time you have sex with her. Here’s how to tell how far is too far when it comes to penetration and how to make it more comfortable for her when you want to go deeper.

Question: Hey guys, I was wondering when having sex, is there a certain amount of penetration you can go? Or if it doesn’t matter? For example, me and my girlfriend of 2 years were having sex in the doggy style position and when I stuck it in, she yelled and said it hurt. I’m thinking because I stuck it in to far! But really don’t know…please answer!

Vagina Size Matters

Just like penis size – both length and width – can differ greatly from guy to guy, vagina size can differ greatly from woman to woman. While the vagina is designed to stretch to accomodate a wide variety of penis sizes, every woman’s vagina is shaped and sized differently. Some women have vaginas that are longer but thinner, and others have vaginas that are smaller and shorter. Couple that with the effects that having a baby can have on vagina size and shape! If your girlfriend has a small sized vagina, deep penetration during different types of sex positions can cause discomfort and pain, especially if she’s not aroused. The vagina will stretch more to accomodate a larger penis and different angles of penetration during sex if she’s completely aroused and well lubricated. However, if your partner simply has a small vagina, you may want to try different sex positions that allow for more shallow penetration so you and her can both get off.

Why Sex Can Hurt Sometimes – And How To Prevent It

For a woman, sex can sometimes hurt – but this is not always because your penis is too large for her or her vagina is too small for your penis. Often, pain or discomfort during intercourse is caused by lack of arousal and not enough foreplay time. When a woman is not fully aroused before penetration, her vagina is tight and constricted, not to mention drier and less accomodating to an entering object. Think of an unaroused vagina as having a “Keep Out” sign on it. While you may feel some discomfort trying to get in there if she’s not turned on and wet, for her it will be downright painful. This is true regardless of which sex positions you use, so it is definetly to your girlfriend’s benefit to spend some time turning her on. Give her oral sex or finger her gently while kissing her deeply to get her turned on. Spend enough time on her to make sure that she is good and ready for sex. As she gets more aroused, her vagina will become relaxed and start to lubricate itself. Even after she is turned on, you may think she is wet enough for sex – but she’s probably not. Don’t forget to use lots and lots of good, water based lube! It never hurts to have lube on hand and many manufacturers make lube in easy to use bottles with a pump dispenser so you never have to fumble around for it.

Sex Postions That May Go Too Far If You’re Not Careful

Even if your partner is totally and completely turned on, there are still quite a few sex positions that may cause you to penetrate her vagina deeply enough to cause her pain or discomfort. Doggy style is probably one that will cause the deepest penetration, while missionary with her legs over your shoulders comes in a close second. Some women enjoy short bursts of deep penetration (especially if she likes a little bit of pain) but thrusting too deeply for long periods of time may be too painful for her. That doesn’t mean you have to stop using these sex positions all together though – all you have to do is modify your thrusting technique so you don’t push your penis in quite as far. This may be difficult to do when you’re approaching orgasm though, because once you’re in the throes of an orgasm, you may no longer be able to control yourself so you don’t thrust too deeply and hurt your partner. You may want to try a different sex position if you’re close to climax.

Sex In The Shower: 5 Tips For Soapy Fun

By loveandsex

Hopping in the shower for some soapy adult fun is a favorite of many couples and for good reason. Sex in the shower can be great fun and can give you and your partner opportunities to try new things (or things you’ve done before but haven’t tried in a while) and spice up your sex life. You can try new sex positions in the shower, or give your partner a wetter, wilder version of your signature blowjob. Here are some great tips for shower sex so you and your partner can have some sexy fun in the water!

Silicone Based Lube

Silicone based lube is probably the best sexual lubricant out there for sexy shower fun. Silicone based lube is much thicker than traditional water based lube and doesn’t rinse away as easily. If you try to use water based lubricant in the shower, you’ll find that it doesn’t last very long at all! Water based lube is designed to be easily rinsed away with water, so you’ll end up washing the lube off in the shower before you even start having sex. Silicone based lubricant will wash off with soap and water, so it’s great to get started with before you break out the suds. Just don’t use a whole lot of silicone based lube often, because it can be difficult to remove it all from the vaginal canal after sex since it doesn’t just rinse away.

Water Safe Sex Toys

The shower is a great place to introduce new sex toys. The slick environment will allow for greater ease of insertion of dildos or vibrators and the feeling of water running down your body will intensify the waves of pleasure created when using t0ys. This is especially helpful for couples who have never used a sex toy before. Glass sex toys  are not recommended in the shower, because they’re slick to begin with and coupled with lube, you won’t be able to get a grip on it in the water. Instead, choose a waterproof vibrator or latex dildo to have fun with. If you have a detachable massaging showerhead though, it may be all the toy you and your partner need! Experiment with the different streams that the shower creates on your partner’s genitals and watch as your partner gets incredibly turned on! Using a showerhead during foreplay will help a girl that has trouble reaching orgasm get warmed up and may even give her a climax before you start having sex.

Soapy Massages

The shower is famous for being a great place to give your partner an sensual massage. Lather up your favorite great smelling soap and rub it all over your partner’s wet body. Have them do the same for you. Rub each other up and down with soap, or rub your bodies together as you kiss your partner deeply. You and your partner will both love the slippery feeling your bodies have against each other! Giving your partner a soapy massage will also help them relax and become exceptionally aroused, helping them to reach orgasm sooner and have a harder, more intense climax.

Blowjobs In The Shower

A lot of women truly enjoy giving their partners a blowjob in the shower because it becomes a much cleaner activity in the water. For example, a good soapy massage before the blowjob to get your partner’s penis erect will also help him to smell fresh and clean when you head south. Instead of trying to swallow the gobs of saliva your mouth produces as you’re giving him head, you can simply spit discreetly or let them drip out of your mouth to be washed away by the shower stream. Perhaps the best thing about giving a blowjob in the shower is that the environment is more conducive to her taking his semen in her mouth when he ejaculates. The ejaculate can be spit out quickly and she can rinse her mouth out immediately, which might make women who find swallowing semen distasteful reconsider if he really wants her to do it.

Hygiene

Of course, a shower before sex is the best way to get prepared for a romp in the sack, so why not make it a sexy shower and include it in your foreplay? Soaping each other up and down is not only extremely erotic for both partners, it also helps to remove sweat and odors that will dampen a hot mood pretty quickly. A guy that isn’t very interested in going down on his woman may be more inclined to give her oral sex if she’s just had a shower – and if he was a part of it!

Sex Positions: 3 Ways To Sixty-Nine Your Partner

By loveandsex

While there are lots of different sex positions you can use to give your partner great oral sex, the sixty-nine position is the favorite of many couples. Why is that? One of the greatest things about oral sex is that you’re giving your partner a gift for them to enjoy and for them to enjoy alone. However, the sixty-nine position allows both partners to recieve oral sex at the same time and experience levels of pleasure that can’t be reached when one partner is performing oral sex on the other. Here are 3 ways to get it on in the sixty-nine position so you and your partner can experience the pleasure of receiving and giving oral sex together.

Traditional Sixty-Nine

In the traditional sixty-nine position, the woman is on top with her vulva positioned over her partner’s face as he’s lying on the bed, while positioning her own face over her partner’s penis. Her legs will be beside his head, while his legs are stretched out on the bed in front of her. This is one of the easiest ways to sixty-nine with your partner, because usually the woman is smaller and lighter in weight than the man and it is more comfortable for her to be on top. Another benefit to the traditional sixty-nine position is that the woman’s head is not restrained at all and she has full freedom of movement when giving her partner a blowjob. She can slide her mouth up and down her partner’s penis without having to fight with the bed to move her neck. This position also allows her to press her vulva into her partner’s mouth as she becomes more aroused, and both partners can easily rock back and forth as they get closer and closer to orgasm.

Inverted Sixty-Nine

This oral sex position allows the man to be on top while the woman lies underneath her partner. This position is a little more difficult than the traditional sixty-nine position, but may work better for women who are larger or men who are more comfortable on top. This position will allow the man to thrust his penis into his partner’s mouth as he licks her clitoris, however, this can be a bit difficult for the woman if she has a strong gag reflex or hasn’t deep throated before. It can also be difficult for the woman to breathe while she’s giving her partner head, because often a man’s scrotum will rest right over the woman’s nose. She may need to use one hand to hold her partner’s scrotum out of the way so she can breathe. If you and your partner want to try sixty-nining with him on top, make sure you have a non-verbal signal (such as a strong pinch or slap) that will let him know that she is having trouble breathing or gagging. Agree beforehand that if she uses the signal, he must stop right away.

Sideways Sixty-Nine

The sideways sixty-nine sex position is probably the easiest position to use for simultaneous cunnilingus and fellatio. Instead of one partner being on top of the other, both partners are lying on their sides while giving and receiving oral sex. This can be much more comfortable for both the man and the woman than other sixty-nine sex positions, because one partner doesn’t have to have the weight of the other on top of them. The sideways sixty-nine still allows each partner to fully reach their partner’s genitals and both partners will have plenty of room to move around and pleasure each other orally. Make each other even more comfortable by placing a pillow under each of your heads, so you and your partner can sixty-nine all night long!

Simultaneous Orgasms

Going down on each other at the same time, no matter which position your in is a great way to connect with your partner physically and emotionally. It will also help open up the opportunity for you to experience a simultaneous orgasm with your partner. It’s easy – if one partner is getting too close to orgasm, they can continue giving their partner oral sex while their partner goes slower or stops giving them head until they catch up. If you have never experienced a simultaneous orgasm with your partner and have tried doing so through intercourse without success, you can definitely increase your chances of having an orgasm together through sixty-nining in any position. However, to make sure that both partners get pleasure out of sixty-nining, each partner must be comfortable. Try a new sixty-nine position if one isn’t comfortable enough to allow you or your partner to recieve pleasure.

The Best Love Making Positions To Try

By leejenkins

If you want to become a sex god, you won’t get far unless you know the differences between the sex positions. These differences may have something to do with the way the position increases sexual pleasure and urge, or the difficulty of the sex position. No two sex positions are the same when it comes to these two things.

Like me, you may have one or two favorite sex positions. However, if you’re going to continue having intimate moments with a particular girl, you have to learn more about the other sex positions that you can try during sex to keep things going…

Man On Top

I’m not going to diss the Missionary position in this article, because it will always be a favorite among guys. It’s the ideal sex position for dominance and for controlling the rhythm during lovemaking. However, if you’ve been doing it with a girl for a while, the same old man-on-top that you usually do won’t create a reaction on her part anymore.

You have to put a creative spin on the old Missionary style. You can put a pillow under her thighs to create a different angle of penetration. You can also put her feet up and hold them steady with your shoulders . On the other hand, you can try lying on top of her, with your weight on your elbows and your pubis directly rubbing her clitoral region (this position is often called coital alignment).

Woman On Top

Some women find it difficult to stay on top, either because of their weight or because they never received proper guidance from their previous lovers. Some women also think that getting up there and grinding away is the most pleasurable way to do it, but you know that too much grinding (and grinding the wrong way) can be painful.

How do you pull off the woman on top position and still control what’s happening? First, you have to make sure she’s comfortable. By this I mean her weight is managed well. You can have her squatting if she’s short, or kneeling if the upper part of her legs is long enough to wrap around your thighs comfortably.

Second, you can guide her when she starts to move. Set the rhythm yourself by moving your thighs according to the rhythm you want, or by gently holding her torso or hips and simulating the movement you want her to do.

Rear Entry

A sex positions list isn’t complete without the rear entry sex positions. There are two ways to maximize the effect of the doggy style, which is said to be the best position for a gspot massage during penetration. First is the high angle doggy style, in which you’re thrusting slightly upward. Second, the woman-on stomach variation, in which the girl is lying on her stomach and you’re doing the rear-entry version of the missionary.

You will never run out of ideas for different sex positions if you keep on experimenting and taking note of the positions that work best for you and your partner.
