Premature Ejaculation – How Kegels Can Help You Last 20 Minutes Longer In Bed

By jackgrave

Premature ejaculation can mean the end of your sex life. Learn about this simple little exercise that can help YOU last longer in bed by over twenty minutes!

What Are Kegels?

Kegels are the name given to exercising a specific muscle in the body called the PC muscle. The PC muscle is a muscle in the genital area, also known as the pelvic floor muscle. Strong PC muscles can help you prevent premature ejaculation.

How To Locate The PC Muscle

Finding it is easy. When you next go to the bathroom, stop the urine flow mid stream without pinching the head of your penis. The muscle you use to stop the urine flow is what is known as the PC muscle. And just as it can stop the flow of urine it can be trained to stop the flow of ejaculation during orgasm.

The only catch is that stopping ejaculation is more difficult than stopping urine flow and requires two extra critical factors not needed in stopping urine flow; strength and timing. If you don’t get these two critical factors right, then no matter what you do you will not be able to use it to last longer in bed.

On the other hand if you do get them right then you’ll have mastered one of the single most effective methods for lasting longer in bed. So how can you develop your strength and timing? Well firstly, the strength is developed by exercising this muscle, which is also known as performing Kegels.

How Men Perform Kegels

Performing Kegels is relatively simple. It doesn’t take a lot of time. In fact it shouldn’t take more than 10 minutes a day, 5 days a week. What’s even better is that they can be done while doing some other basic tasks like driving or while you’re sitting at a computer.

So really it costs you no extra time to do them. It’s more a case of getting in the habit of doing them, because if you don’t they’ll be too easy to forget to do.

The Kegels Workout

Here’s how I recommend a man workout his Kegels. Locate the area if you haven’t already. Tighten and hold it as tight as you can for 2 seconds, then relax it fully for 2 seconds. Squeeze and hold it as tight as you can for 2 seconds, and relax it again fully for 2 seconds. Repeat this process 10 times to make one “set.” Take a 1 minute break, then repeat steps 2-6. That’s it.

Putting a halt to premature ejaculation really that simple.

Depending on your current strength you may want to increase the intensity of the workout, like doing more reps or sets, but the above is a good starting point. Over time you will want to increase the intensity of your workouts as your pelvic floor area develops more strength.

Just don’t OVER work yourself! The aim is not to injure yourself but to develop your muscle strength so you can stop premature ejaculation.

How To Last Longer In Bed

So assuming you’ve got enough pelvic floor strength (which can take between 1 to 3 weeks to develop) you now need to master your timing to stop premature ejaculation and last longer in bed.

When you learn to stop ejaculation during orgasm what happens is your desire to orgasm again will disappear for anywhere between 1 to 10 minutes (depending on your timing and strength) but you will still maintain your erection. This means you can keep on having sex without the need to immediately orgasm.

And when the desire to orgasm comes up again you can just stop ejaculation a second time and continue again. Overall it’s a very powerful technique for lasting longer in bed.

And once you figure out how to do it it really is as simple as just temporarily stopping your thrusting or the stimulation you’re getting when you’re about to orgasm and squeezing tight on your PC muscle. But to get the timing of the tightening perfect takes practice. If you stop the stimulation and tighten your muscles too early then your ejaculation won’t come and the desire to orgasm will still be there when you start up stimulation again.

If, on the other hand, you tighten your muscle too late then your ejaculation will have built up too much momentum by the time you squeeze your muscle and you won’t be able to stop ejaculation from happening.

So be prepared to fail (which I recommend you do during masturbation before trying it out in the bedroom) before you master it. But taking the time to learn Kegels is well worth the effort, because like I said earlier it is one of the single most powerful techniques for lasting longer in bed.

Last Longer In Bed – 3 Shortcuts So Effective, You’ll Both Reach New Levels Of Pleasure!

By lloydlester

Last longer in bed with these three simple tips – you’ll be surprised at how great sex can be after this! After learning these techniques to help you delay ejaculation, your girl will LOVE how you seem to always last longer in bed than you used to!

If sex is always a quick-fire affair for you, then you will have one unfulfilled woman in bed! This will not bode well for your sex life and your relationship. The ability to last long enough for your woman and satisfy her sexually is the foundation of a great intimate relationship. Unfortunately premature ejaculation is often the frustrating ordeal many couples have to go through. So really, how do men last longer in bed? If PE is something you have to put up with routinely, then listen up as I reveal a few super simple, sexy tips that will amp up your endurance to give her longer, stronger and simply more sensational sex! (she will love it, I promise!)

“Cease And Desist”

Anxiety over one’s performance in bed is one of the top causes of premature ejaculation. It’s easy to be so anxious that you’re going to do something wrong or ejaculate to early that you do exactly that – ejaculate too early. In order to last longer for her, you need to beat any form of stress or anxiety that is creeping up on you. Keep your mind and body relaxed. Controlled, focused deep breathing that stems from the abdomen instead of the chest will help you calm those nerves and control your arousal levels. Men from tantric circles know how to prolong orgasm for hours (even days!) using simple relaxation strategies that make them sensational in bed and so popular with women.

“Mind Leverage”

Your mind is the most important leverage that stands between rapid-fire sex and sensational lovemaking. Your mind truly has power over your body, but you have to train it to do what you want. This is the “inner game” strategy that so many men are missing out – one that will bestow them with amazing stamina when they truly master it. The bottom line is, you CAN train your brain to handle the intense arousal associated with sex, so that you take focus off of your own orgasm to prolong intercourse. Instead of having lovemaking that lasts for a quick minute, you can re-condition your mind to last a lot longer and give her the experience that she wants in bed.

“Know Your PC”

The PC muscles in your pelvic area control the physical aspect of ejaculation. The stronger these muscles are and the greater the control you have over them, the better your sex is going to be (and make it last longer, too!). Male enhancement exercises such as Kegels and PC contractions are great for boosting the strength of these ejaculatory muscles and giving you sensational stamina. Not only that, these exercises can nicely boost the girth or circumference of your penis and stimulate the inner vaginal walls to give women ecstatic orgasms, for sure!

Premature Ejaculation – 3 Essential Exercises For Men That Will STOP It!

By jackgrave

Premature ejaculation will ruin your sex life – keep it from happening to you by utilizing these three exercises that will keep your stamina at top level.

Performing PC muscle exercises leads to countless benefits to your sex life including lasting longer in bed, having a hard penis, avoiding impotence and much more. But you can only get these kinds of benefits if you do the exercises right, and that’s exactly what I’m about to show you how to do…

There are several different types of PC muscle exercises (also known as Kegels) for men, and performing them can lead to a dramatic improvement in your sex life in a number of ways.

Benefits of PC Muscle Exercises

  • Stopping premature ejaculation by holding back orgasm
  • Increasing strength of ejaculation
  • Helping overcome impotence
  • Helping keep your prostate healthy
  • Increasing semen volume
  • Developing a more muscular looking penis
  • Improving blood circulation to the penis leading to increased size and sensation

The bottom line is that the PC muscle is a muscle worth developing, and there are several ways you can do this.

What Is The PC Muscle?

The PC muscle is found in the genital area in both men and women, but serves slightly different functions for each gender. And so you know, in this article I’m going to focus on the benefits and characteristics relating only to men (sorry ladies). The PC muscle is involved in the ejaculation process and can also be used to influence urine flow.

How To Find Your PC Muscle

Next time you got to the bathroom, while urinating try and stop the urine flow. You’ll notice that to do this you use a certain muscle in your penis. The muscle you use to do this is the PC muscle. And just as you can stop the urine flow you can also train this muscle to stop premature ejaculation (if the muscle is strong enough) by squeezing your it tightly just before ejaculation.

However, your muscle needs to be strong enough to do that, so let’s get straight to explaining the workouts so you can get started on developing that muscle strength!

Exercise #1 – “Rapid-Fire”

As you might have guessed this one of the PC muscle exercises is the most “rapid-fire.”

  • Tighten your PC muscle as tightly as you can and hold it for 2 seconds
  • Relax it fully for 2 seconds
  • Tighten again for 2 seconds
  • Relax for 2 seconds
  • Repeat 10 times
  • Take a minute break
  • Repeat steps 1-5 one more time.

As you can tell it’s rapid-fire because you’re working it out in quick bursts of tightness and relaxation. Depending on your current strength level you may want to start with more or less repetitions and sets.

Exercise #2 – “Medium-Man”

This is the medium of the three Kegel exercises I’m going to recommend for premature ejaculation.

  • Tighten your PC muscle and hold for 10 seconds
  • Relax your it fully for 10 seconds
  • Tighten again for 10 seconds
  • Relax fully again for 10 seconds
  • Repeat steps 1-4 so you do ten 10 second tightenings altogether

So overall, it’s very similar to exercise #1 with the key distinction that you’re tightening your PC muscle for longer to develop more stamina in being able to hold it tight.

Exercise #3 – “The Power-House”

This one is a real stamina developer!

  • Tighten your PC muscle and hold as tight as you can until you can’t hold it any more
  • Take a minutes break
  • Repeat steps 1-2, three times altogether

Important Notes On Training

Above, you’ve got 3 different exercise to try out for premature ejaculation. I recommend you focus on doing a different one each day for 5 days a week. And of course it’s very important of course to remember the basics of doing any type of workout, including if it at any point hurts then stop doing the exercise immediately. Make sure you don’t over train yourself by never taking days off and make sure you eat healthily to give your muscles as much of a chance to repair as possible. Also, make sure to get plenty of sleep!

Stick To It

Given all the benefits involved in doing PC muscle exercises I imagine you’re pretty excited to get started and this great, but the true key to success lies in consistency.

The truth is that anyone can do some exercises for 3 days or so before giving up, but only the rare few keep it up past that time when the real benefits start to kick in, so be sure to develop a habit of doing your PC muscle exercises that will stick with you for life.

And I can tell you now that the effort is well worth it, because with doing your PC muscle exercises comes the lifelong benefit of being able to forget about premature ejaculation and last as long as you want in bed!

Premature Ejaculation – Why It Happens And How To Stop It

By jackgrave

Premature ejaculation can really make your sex life suck – learn how to last longer in bed by finding out why PE REALLY happens.

Did you know premature ejaculation is curable by 100% natural methods? By understanding the main reason why it happens you’re about to learn how to stop it for good!

Pleasure Overwhelm

Most men have no idea how to influence how much pleasure they experience during sex. And a huge cause of premature ejaculation in most men is simply down to the fact that during sex they let their pleasure levels get way too high so they lose control and orgasm early.

If you can learn to take control or influence the pleasure you experience during sex so instead of experiencing overwhelm you experience fulfilling maintainable levels of pleasure you’ve just discovered the key to lasting longer in bed.

Learning to last longer in bed does NOT mean making sex boring or pleasure-free. This is why I’ll rarely recommend approaches like “think of someone really ugly” or “do math in your head to distract you”.

Because those things make sex BORING.

What I want you to know about are techniques and strategies that help you control your orgasm, while at the same time keeping sex fun and fulfilling for both you and the woman you’re with.

So to last longer all you’ve got to do is begin taking control of the pleasure you experience during sex and making sure it doesn’t move into overwhelming levels.

Step 1 – Pleasure Awareness

During sex most men have NO idea how close they are to orgasm, but then suddenly it comes along and they think “Oh shoot, there’s nothing I can do.” If you want to last longer in bed you can’t afford to let this happen.

You have to become very aware of your arousal levels and how close to orgasm you are. And doing this is really as easy as just PAYING ATTENTION. When you start asking yourself “how close to orgasm am I?” you’ll know when you start getting close.

And when you realize you’re getting close then implement the second step.

Step 2 – Pleasure Control

When you’re close to orgasm but don’t want to climax yet you’ve got to lower your pleasure levels to prevent that orgasm. There are many strategies for doing this, but two very simple ones are as follows:

Slow Things Down

As dumb and as simple as it might sound – NO GUY DOES THIS! When you’re getting close to orgasm just start thrusting slower. By penetrating slower you reduce the stimulation you experience which means you delay how long until you need to orgasm. If you go really slow you can even end up recovering significant amounts of stamina so in a few minutes time you can speed up again without the need to orgasm straight away.

Change Sex Positions

Another dead simple method to reduce your pleasure levels from overwhelming levels is to TACTICALLY change sex positions.

By changing sex positions at just the right moment in time you can help yourself last significantly longer, because during a position change you get an essential break from pleasure and stimulation. Even a short break can do wonders to helping you recover stamina so that when you get started in your new position you can last much longer.

The Formula For Curing Premature Ejaculation

Just start becoming aware of your pleasure levels and when they get too high take corrective action to lower them to a sustainable level so you can enjoy long fulfilling sex without the worry of premature ejaculation.

Stop Premature Ejaculation – With This 95% Effective Breathing Technique

By jackgrave

Premature ejaculation can wreck your sex life. Use this simple technique to say goodbye to premature ejaculation forever!

What you may not know is that for an orgasm to happen there has to be tension in your body.

What Happens Before Orgasm

Think about what happens normally to your muscle during sex just before orgasm. They tense up, right? In particular you’ll notice that your leg and butt muscles tense up the most. The reason they tense up is because in order for an orgasm to happen there has to be a release of tension.

Orgasms don’t just happen out of nowhere. A process has to happen inside you for them to happen. And the body’s natural process for experiencing an orgasm is to tense up and then release that tension through orgasm.

But what happens if there’s no tension? Well then it’s a LOT more difficult for you to experience an orgasm. And this is quite simply because the fuel needed for your body to experience an orgasm isn’t there.

If there’s no tension, you will struggle to experience an orgasm.

What does this all mean?

Well it means that if you want to last longer in bed and stop premature ejaculation then you need to take control of the tension in your muscles during sex.

Eliminating Tension From Your Muscles

Now you may have already guessed from the title what the best way is to eliminate tension from the body – the right breathing!

What 99% of men do during sex is they breathe many quick shallow breaths. It happens instinctively. Our breath is pretty much the LAST thing on our minds during sex.

So our subconscious mind just goes into default mode and breathes quick shallow breaths because of all the excitement it’s experiencing. Sex is an exciting experience for us so our lungs naturally react by taking in quick shallow breaths.

Unfortunately quick shallow breaths increase tension levels. This is because your breath and your body’s state are INTIMATELY linked. So if you breath in a nervous, excited and tense way then your body’s state will mimic that and you will ejaculate too early.

But the opposite is also true!

How Breathing The Right Way Will Help You Last Longer In Bed

You can take advantage of the fact that your breath affects it, because if during sex you instead consciously breathe in slow deep breaths, your body reacts in a totally different way.

Inhaling deeply and slowly relaxes all your muscles. It’s just how humans work.

This is why arts like yoga and Tai-Chi make such a BIG deal out of breath. Because it has a DRAMATIC affect on the state of your body.

By influencing the state of your body you influence how long you last in bed. Remember earlier when I was talking about how tension is needed for orgasm? Well, this is where the whole idea of  breath comes in. By inhaling slowly and deeply you relax all your muscles. And by relaxing your muscles, you HUGELY reduce the tension in them too. Without tension, it’s much harder for you to reach orgasm.

Without the fuel for orgasm it’s MUCH easier to last longer in bed and ultimately stop premature ejaculation. So, in other words if you want to stop premature ejaculation just consciously breathe slow and deeply during sex.
