The Sex God Method Review

By loveandsex

The Sex God Method, authored by Daniel Rose, is a complete and comprehensive guide to a dominant style of sexual mastery. The ideas presented in this book are not a collection of nifty tricks and techniques, but rather an entire system designed to turn you from a sexual dud to a confident and dominant sex god.

The Good

This guide has some great tips on going “outside the box” to please your partner. If you’re seeking to become a master of sex who can give a woman an orgasm so good it makes her curl her toes and claw at the headboard, this is the book for you. While this book does contain many suggestions that would be considered controversial by some, Daniel’s unconventional approach to great sex definitely has potential if used wisely. If you’re seeking a book that truly gives you a method on how to become a sex god, rather than simply a collection of little “tips or tricks” to improve your sex life, you’ll find this book very useful.

The Bad

Daniel suggests that women desire a very strong, alpha type male. While there is definitely some truth to this, there is no information in the Sex God Method on how to please women who enjoy being dominant themselves. Both submissive and dominant women exist, but the important part is finding a woman who is compatible with your sexual attitude, whether you want to be in control or you want her to have the reigns. Many of the suggestions within the Sex God Method are very controversial, and may be better suited for couples that are in committed, trusting relationships rather than couples who haven’t been dating long or are just going on the first few dates.

The Bottom Line

When keeping in mind that the Sex God Method touches on some very opinionated topics, you’ll find some excellent tips on dirty talk and how to be a dominant lover. There are many women who enjoy a very strong, dominant type of man, and Daniel does a great job of educating the reader on how to appeal to this specific type of woman. If your partner really enjoys being in a submissive type role (even if only once in awhile for fun), you’ll find that Daniel’s suggestions are fresh and creative. Men who don’t wish to be dominant with their partners, or who are uncomfortable in the “alpha male” role will still find that the Sex God Method has lots of great information, although, it should be modified to fit your lifestyle and you and your partner’s comfort levels.

The Full Sex God Method Review

Daniel Rose, author of the Sex God Method, begins the book with his own story of geek-turned-sex-god. He begins with a very enlightening tale of a man who takes his six to eight hours of video gaming and turns it into six to eight hours of straight sex with his girlfriends (yes, more than one) and he aims to convince that even the most hardcore geek can turn into a sex machine and have women lined up at the door, begging for sex. After his transformation, Daniel suggests that all he had time for with his three girlfriends was nothing but sex! Daniel’s story will boost the confidence of even the most down-on-himself guy and will show him exactly what he needs to do to follow the path of becoming a total sex god.

The book moves into a criticism of several types of guys who just don’t seem to enjoy sex very much at all, including the Emotionless Robot and the Bedroom Technician. If you’re one of these types of guys who doesn’t get a lot of sex or enjoys sex only because he’s having sex, you’ll find that the next chapter tells you exactly how you can become a dominant master of sex with the Four Elements Of The Sex God System.

Daniel’s story of wildly passionate, forceful and powerfully pleasurable sex illustrates that some women really do enjoy dominant men, even past the point of pain. While you may not want to cause your partner direct pain when dominating her, the moral of the story here shows you just how much you can really do with a woman if you have the right attitude. Next, Daniel gives out some sage advice that all types of people can use, whether you’re with a woman who likes dominant men or not. He explains why an emotional connection and allowing yourself to let go during sex are extremely critical in being good at sex. Holding back your ability to let sex completely overwhelm you in the moment will only serve to make sex lukewarm for both you and your partner.

The next chapter, and possibly the remainder of Sex God Method, touches on several controversial topics. These suggestions can be taken literally if your partner truly desires to be in a submissive or even masochistic role, or they can be modified to fit you and your partner’s personalities and desires. If your partner does desire to be manhandled, and you desire to manhandle her, you will find lots of interesting ways to pleasure your partner and assert your sexual dominance in the bedroom. A section on dirty talk follows, which gives excellent samples of how to talk dirty (yet still in a dominant way) to your woman.

Perhaps the most touchy subject within the Sex God Method is the section on emotional dominance over your partner. While some women do enjoy being submissive to their partners in every way, including emotionally, many more women enjoy being on the same level as their partner in this respect. In this section, however, reading between the lines gives you excellent information no matter who you are or what you and your partner like or don’t like. Daniel suggests that men need to be emotionally available to their partners and let them know how they feel, without fear of rejection. This will serve to work in your favor, as your partner will be able to emotionally connect with you as well and sex becomes that much more powerful and pleasurable.

All in all, the Sex God Method guide’s salty topics can be broken down into one simple message, and the true secret to becoming a sex god. Having a smaller penis or believing that you don’t have the sex skills to please a woman isn’t the key to sexual mastery, but rather, sexual confidence is.

7 Ways You Can Increase Your Sex Drive NATURALLY!

By loveandsex

Sex doesn’t always stay hot, especially in a steady, long term relationship. But that doesn’t mean you have to get an Rx from your doctor just to be able to have regular sex with your partner. Medications like Viagra and even herbal remedies can leave you with unwanted side effects. Instead, boost your libido NATURALLY with these 7 tips.

Drink A Glass Of Wine

A huge reason for any decrease in sex drive for both men and women is stress. In fact, it could definitely be argued that stress is the number one cause for a lack in libido, whether sudden or gradual. A glass of wine or two before hitting the sheets with your partner will help you relax and forget some of the stresses of the day, which is an important part of getting your body and mind ready for sex – especially for women.

Wine also has healthy antioxidants in it that are essential for sexual function – however, it is important that you don’t overdo it on the wine. If you don’t like wine, grab a brew (beer has a few benefits of its own) but stay away from the hard liquor. Don’t have more than one or two drinks, or you may end up making your libido even lower and men who have had too much to drink tend to have problems getting or keeping an erection.

Quit Smoking (If You Smoke)

Smoking cigarettes can deeply affect your sex life, much more than you think it would. Both men and women can experience a reduction in libido due to smoking, most notably because nicotine is a vasoconstrictor – meaning that nicotine causes blood vessels all over the body to shrink. Since reaching orgasm is pretty dependent on blood flow to sexual organs for both guys and girls, smoking cigarettes can either make a person just not feel like having sex (because less blood is getting to the genitals) or have trouble getting to climax.

Smoking cigarettes can also lead to blockages in the arteries of the penis, leading to problems with erectile dysfunction. If you’re a woman who smokes, reaching orgasm can be near impossible, especially for those women who have smoked for many years. Also, women who smoke take longer to conceive when trying to get pregnant than non-smoking women. Do your sex life a favor and put your cigarette out.

Get A Professional Massage

Again, stress is a huge contributor to a decreased libido. Getting a professional massage – whether you’re a man or a woman – can boost your libido by allowing you to de-stress and relax. It also helps physically relax your muscles and even the simple act of being touched by another human being can be enough to re-awaken your body and your sex libido.

If you’d rather have a more erotic massage before having sex, you probably don’t want to book an appointment with a professional masseuse. Instead, light your favorite scented candle, put on some soft music and massage your partner (or have them massage you). Focus on relaxing their body and mind before you let your hands wander to the naughty areas and you get started with foreplay.

Boost Your Self-Esteem

If you have a low self esteem and don’t like the way you look, you’re definitely not going to want to get naked with your lover as often. If you’re really down on yourself (and you may not even realize it), think about what it is you don’t like about yourself. Are you overweight? Would you rather have a more toned stomach or tighter thighs and glutes? If that’s the case, go exercise! Exercise will not only help you get in shape and raise your self esteem, it will also pump powerful endorphins through your body that actually help contribute to sexual arousal all by themselves.

You can also boost your self esteem with simple things like a spray tan, a haircut, a new outfit or even a Brazilian wax. Think about what you could do personally to build your own self esteem, go do it! You’ll notice that you feel more confident afterwards and feeling great about yourself leads to great things in the bedroom!

Have A Heart To Heart With Your Partner

Women need to be emotionally and physically turned on to really want to have sex. If a woman isn’t feeling emotionally connected to her partner, she’s not going to want to have sex with him as often, if at all. If there are relationship issues at all, they definitely could be contributing not only to your partner not wanting to have sex with you, but you’ll also feel less like having sex if you’re fighting with your partner.

If you’re having relationship problems, sit down and have a heart to heart discussion with them. Go to couples counseling if you need to. Forgive things that you need to forgive and see your partner’s point of view. Do what it takes to work out your issues and when you do, you’ll notice a huge jump in how often you have sex – and how good it is!

Try Yoga

Yoga, like any exercise, will help promote  blood flow to your body – including those parts responsible for great sex and excellent orgasms – and increasing blood flow throughout your body will heighten your libido in a number of ways. You’ll feel better and have more energy for sex, you’ll feel more confident and sexy, you’ll be more flexible and can get in different sex positions, and overall you’ll feel better all over.

If yoga isn’t your thing, try Pilates or even simple stretching exercises. If you’re not an active person, just start walking. Walk to your mailbox and back, and make it a little farther each time you go. Committing to exercise will help you feel healthier and sexier, and will help improve your sex life more than you would think!

Check What Medications You’re On

There are lots of medications that can contribute to a low libido or even problems having an orgasm or getting and keeping an erection. However, it’s hard to tell which medications may be contributing to your sex problems and it can be especially difficult to narrow down the culprit if you’re taking more than a few medications – and this even includes herbs and supplements! If you’re concerned that a medication you’re taking might be contributing to a low libido or erectile dysfunction, make an appointment with your doctor. Never stop taking any medications without checking with your doctor first!

Some medications that cause sexual dysfunction aren’t going to be ones that you can come off of – like heart disease, mental health and diabetes medications. If this is the case, talk to your doctor about your alternatives. However, if you ARE able to get off one or more medications that are known to reduce sex drive, you’ll notice a jump in your libido!

Can A Man Restore His Foreskin After Circumcision?

By loveandsex

Circumcision is a commonly performed surgery in the U.S. on male babies. As more and more information becomes available about circumcision and its after effects, less and less parents are electing to have this done on their male children. However, there are hundreds of thousands of boys and men out there that have been and continue to be circumcised. What happens when a boy becomes a man and decides he wants his foreskin? Can he get it back?

Benefits Of Having An Intact Penis

You might wonder why a man would decide, after being circumcised his whole life, would decide he wanted to have an intact penis. While the U.S. has made a circumcised penis the “social norm” over the years, circumcision surgery is actually not commonly performed in other parts of the world. Studies have shown that the procedure is extremely painful for male babies and carries a high risk of infection when the wound is exposed to urine and feces in a diaper.

Sexually, there are many benefits of having an intact penis. For example, the penis is much like the clitoris in how the tissue is. The tissues of both the head of the penis and the clitoris are moist and packed with hundreds of thousands of sensitive nerve endings. In a clitoris, the hood of the clitoris protects it from chafing, which can be extremely uncomfortable because the tissue is so sensitive. The foreskin (also called the prepuce) functions much the same way. It protects the moist head of the penis (called the glans) from chafing and when an uncircumcised man has an erection, the glans is exposed and he can experience sexual pleasure and orgasm.

So what happens to the glans once the penis has been circumcised? The exposed tissue rubs up against a diaper or clothing, chafing it. The glans is designed to stay moist, but without the foreskin, the skin of the glans dries out and becomes tough like the outer surface of the skin on a person’s arms. The sensitive nerve endings become less sensitive, and in some cases, a man is unable to achieve climax because the head of the penis has lost so much sensitivity due to being exposed to air and clothing instead of being protected by the foreskin.

What Is Foreskin Restoration?

Foreskin restoration is the process of restoring the prepuce on a circumcised penis. This can be done a number of different ways and although none of them provide a man with his true foreskin back, they help provide a protective covering over the glans so the penis can regain its sensitivity. Successful restoration will also provide a man with a natural, uncut looking penis. If successful, it would be very hard to tell the difference between a penis that has never been circumcised and circumcised penis that had underwent foreskin restoration. Men who have had this done report that sex and oral sex feel better.

Non-Surgical Restoration Methods

Non-surgical restoration methods are more popular than surgical restoration, simply because it is less invasive (a huge plus) and there isn’t any chance of infection or malformations after surgery. However, the drawback of non-surgical methods is that it takes a very long time for the foreskin to actually be restored. This can take several months or even years depending on the method used.

Basically what happens here is a device or tape is used to stretch the skin on the shaft of the penis up and over the glans. The device or tape will hold the skin there, allowing it to stretch. There are actually some devices made for this, such as the Dual Tension Restorer, that are available on the market for men to purchase. The stretching is usually done for several hours at a time and it is a similar concept to surgeons who use skin stretching techniques to create more skin to use for a graft. Studies show that stretching the skin stimulates a process known as mitosis, which will help regenerate new skin with similar properties of the old skin.

If you wish to restore your foreskin using a non-surgical stretching method, patience and determination are required. This is something you will need to be dedicated to, since it may take several months or even years to see results. However, with non-surgical methods, you are able to continue having sex as you normally would.

Artificial Foreskins

Artificial foreskins are available for purchase as well, which are simply placed over the penis and help cover and protect the penis from chafing like a normal prepuce would. The most notable model is the SenSlip, which comes in a variety of sizes and natural looking colors. It is worn almost like a condom would be, and can be moved back and forth just like a normal foreskin. This keeps the glans moist and protected, while still allowing the wearer to retract the device to use the restroom or to clean the penis. Manufacturers of the device report that after several weeks of wearing the SenSlip, sensitivity during sex is restored.

Surgical Restoration Methods

Surgical prepuce restoration is not desirable, but has immediate results. Unfortunately, procedures to surgically restore the foreskin leave undesirable results and are extremely invasive. The procedures are usually followed by pain, swelling, inability to have sex for an undetermined period of time and a significant risk of infection.

Usually what happens during a surgical foreskin restoration is a skin graft is removed from somewhere on the body (usually from the scrotum) and stitched on to the shaft of the penis, covering the glans.

Foreskin Regeneration

Regenerating the prepuce is a possibility, but not something routinely done in the medical community. This would be done surgically, under anesthesia. An incision would be made at the scar of the circumcision and the scar tissue would be surgically removed. After this, a special chemical solution would be applied to stimulate the penis to regrow its own, true foreskin. Presently, this procedure has not yet reached the clinical trial phase.

After Restoration

Men who have had successful prepuce restorations report that not only are sex and masturbation better, but they also feel emotionally satisfied that they now have their foreskin back after having it taken from them without their consent as babies. It can give a man a sense of feeling like he’s gotten back something he’s lost. Female partners of men who have had this done are also pleased with the results, because sex feels better for them too.

Rethinking Circumcision

Choosing to be circumcised or having your child circumcised is a difficult decision to make. Ask your doctor questions, but remember that a circumcision is a completely elective procedure. It is not required and an uncircumcised penis will remain healthy and will function normally. Men who have been circumcised report:

  • 33% have prominent, noticeable scarring
  • 27% had too much skin removed, making getting and keeping an erection uncomfortable or painful
  • 16% report curvature of the penis due to an uneven amount of skin being removed

If you’re considering circumcision, rethink it. Ask questions and get information. Whatever decision you make is up to you, but be sure you’re making an informed decision.

Can A Woman Have A Double Vagina?

By loveandsex

Sex oddities pop up all the time, from a 12″ penis to female genitals that can hold 31 pounds. You might think you’ve heard it all when it comes to strange things about sex, but there’s more out there than you can imagine.  For example, can a girl actually have more than one vagina?

Just What Is A “Double Vagina?”

A double vagina, also known within the medical community as a “didelphic uterus,” is when a girl actually has more than one uterus, cervix or canal. It is not uncommon for a woman with a didelphic uterus to have two canals, however, it is also possible for a woman to have more than one uterus but with only one cervix and canal. Regardless of the presentation of this condition, it is not something that can be seen even when the girl is fully naked. It’s all internal. In fact, there are many women who may not even be aware that they have this condition!

Are Two Better Than One?

You might think that having a double canal would be more fun during sex – after all, wouldn’t it bring a whole new meaning to the term “double penetration?” The truth is, there is usually one primary uterus, cervix and canal and the secondary organs are much smaller. A lady with more than one canal may not even be aware that she has the condition. This is due to the second vaginal canal usually being no larger than the width of a pencil and may be hidden within the labia and folds of the vulva.

A common side effect from a double vagina is longer, more intense periods with more pain and bleeding. Some women may experience more “breakthrough bleeding” if they wear tampons – this is because often each uterus will have its menstruation at the same time and since the tampon is inserted only into the primary canal, the woman can experience bleeding around the tampon from the other uterus and canal.

How It Affects Sex

Usually, this condition will not affect sex at all since the secondary one is so much smaller. Some women may experience pain during sex due to this condition, but this is uncommon as the canal is made to stretch to accommodate a variety of different penis sizes.

During sex, the penis is usually inserted into the primary vagina, without regard to the smaller, secondary one at all. In fact, if a girl doesn’t tell her partner that she has more than one, he may never even know! Since the secondary canal is never used for penetration, a woman is still able to experience sex with as much pleasure and capacity for orgasm as any other girl. The g-spot should still be present in the primary canal.

How It Affects Pregnancy

While having a double vagina doesn’t necessarily affect sex all that much, it can be more complicated if a woman with this condition becomes pregnant.

  • It is possible for sperm to travel through both canals and fertilize eggs within each uterus separately. This can also happen at different times. A girl could be several weeks or months pregnant in one uterus, and then get pregnant in the second one. The deliveries could then be several days, weeks or months apart!
  • Each uterus is smaller than what an average uterus would be, so it is possible that neither uterus would be suitable for carrying a fetus to full term. In a study of 18 pregnant patients with a double vagina, only 67.5% of the babies survived. Most of the women required a c-section surgery to deliver the baby. However, with proper prenatal care and a doctor who is familiar with the condition, the fetal survival rate is most likely much higher.

How The Condition Is Treated

Most of the time, a girl with more than one uterus and more than one cervix or canal requires no treatment at all. Another similar condition, called a uterine septum, may require surgery, however, surgery is usually not recommended for women with more than one uterus, cervix or vagina.

How Common Is A Double Vagina?

About 1 in 3,000 women have a double vagina and many of them may not be aware of their condition. Usually, if a girl does not have any symptoms such as painful periods or excessive bleeding, she may never know that she has more than one. The condition is usually discovered when a woman sees her doctor or gynecologist with complaints of very severe pain during menstruation or pain during sex.

5 Easy Tantric Sex Moves To Try Tonight!

By loveandsex

Tantric sex is a great way to connect emotionally and sexually to your partner. Instead of focusing on techniques to get to orgasm faster, Tantra focuses on the emotional and physical intimacy you share with someone during sex. It also teaches you to focus more on each individual sensation during sex rather than thinking of them as a means to an end. Here are five easy things to do now to have amazing orgasms with your lover.

Sanctify Your Space

If you read the morning newspaper in your bed, or you work from home in bed, eat in bed or do anything else besides sleep and have sex in your bed, then you need to start by sanctifying your space. You’re never going to feel sexual or connected to your partner in the same space that you change diapers in! Start making your bedroom a sex and sleeping only place, so when you walk into the room, you are already starting to get psychologically prepared for sex. You can also splurge on some new silky sheets and a few aromatherapy candles. Anything that you can do to appeal to your senses and get them involved will help you experience sex in a new way.

Dance With Your Partner

Remember that scene in the second Matrix movie where the entire city of Zion did a sweaty, tribal dance together to the sound of deep, resonating drum beats? There’s a reason that scene was so erotic. Bring that sense of eroticism and energy to the bedroom by scouring the Internet for some sexy tribal music and putting it on your iPod. You can also use anything with a slow, sexy beat to it as long as it makes you want to grind and dance with your lover. Turn the lights down low (you can use candles to enhance the mood) and turn music up loud. Let the beat flow through your body as you dance with your partner. You’ll begin to relax and find that your body is more open and sensitive to pleasure, as well as your to your lover. Let the dancing bring out your sensual, animalistic nature!

Practice Breathing Together

Breathing is an essential part of sex. It allows more oxygen into your body which enables blood to flow to and stimulate your genitals. Practice breathing in and out together with your partner before sex or during foreplay. For example, when you’re kissing your partner or cuddling with them before sex, synchronize your intake and outtake of breath with theirs. As you begin breathing together, you’re also going to do other things together, such as experience waves of pleasure and orgasm simultaneously. While you may not experience a simultaneous orgasm with your lover right away during Tantric sex, practicing breathing together and feeling each other will bring you that much closer.

Use The Sitting Up Sex Position

There are a variety of sex positions that you can use during Tantric sex, but the most popular one is the sitting position, where the woman sits on the man’s lap and inserts his penis into her vagina that way. This position allows for very little movement, but that is actually the point here! You’re not going to be able to do much more than rock back and forth on each other – sliding in and out just isn’t going to happen in this position. However, when you slowly rock and grind against each other, your pleasure will continue to build until the point where you think you can’t take it anymore. Stop, kiss your partner deeply and allow yourself to come down some from the brink of orgasm. Then, take your time building your pleasure up again. Combine this with simultaneous breathing and staring deep into your lover’s eyes and you’ll begin to experience pleasure in a whole new way.

Don’t Rush It

Again, the point of Tantric sex is not to rush into orgasm. This is going to be a long, drawn out process (and that is not a bad thing at all) so you want to make a point to do it when you have a good, solid chunk of time where you’re not going to be interrupted. Whether you start with oral sex and then move into breathing and rocking or a combination of several different maneuvers, you don’t want to rush a single minute of it. Focus on each individual wave of pleasure and encourage your partner to do the same. After some practice, you and your partner may even be able to feel each other’s pleasure and it will begin to heighten your own pleasure!
