Can You Use Masturbation To Control Premature Ejaculation?

By lloydlester

Masturbation is something every guy does, but will doing it the right way and at the right times help you control premature ejaculation? Find out now!

Controlling premature ejaculation without relying on aids such as desensitizers or creams is totally possible. All you need is to learn how your body reacts prior to ejaculation and keep the stimulation in check before it tips over the “point of no return.” And one of the best ways to achieve this is through masturbation. Although masturbation is often cited as a contributory factor to premature ejaculation, you can turn this around and use it to your advantage.

1. Simulate Sex

Simulate the action of intercourse by stroking your penis up and down. Allow the physical sensations of stimulation to manifest. Pay attention to how your body responds and feels as the excitement piles up. You may not be able to prevent yourself from ejaculating. That is OK. The key is to recognize the point when you ejaculate and the sensations that accompany this stage.

2. Train Yourself To Stop

Perform the same routine again. Once you have an erection, stop the stimulation altogether for 15 seconds. Pay attention to how your body feels when the sensations of excitement subside. Then continue masturbating again, stopping and continuing the movements until you feel you are close to a peak. As soon as you sense you are very close to orgasm, stop all stimulation again until you regain control once more.

3. Get Close 3 Times

You may find yourself losing the erection when you discontinue the stimulation. Don’t worry. Just resume the stimulation again. Get yourself close to climaxing three times, and allow yourself to ejaculate on the forth time. This exercise may take some getting used to at first, but with some practice, you will notice 2 things happening between the stops: First, you will regain control much sooner; second, you will improve the time you take for the stimulation to reach a peak.

4. Get Close 6 Times

Increase the number of times that you stop the stimulation just to the “point of no return” from three to six. Once you can achieve this milestone, perform this routine daily.

5. Start Using Lube

Increase the challenge by using a lubricant to simulate penetration. Perform the same routine, that is, stopping three times before ejaculation and then increasing this to six times in between stops. If you have a partner, you can get her involved in this exercise.

This is an extremely useful exercise to improve your time to ejaculation. Of course, like all things worth doing, practice makes perfect. Don’t be discouraged if you ejaculate too soon on the first few attempts. With enough practice, your body will be able to endure increased levels of stimulation during masturbation, which of course you can carry over to the actual lovemaking!

How To Naturally Last Longer In Bed And Give Your Woman The Best Sex EVER!

By lloydlester

Premature ejaculation can make sex terrible for both you and your lover. Here’s how you can last longer in bed NATURALLY, and give your girl amazing sex!

Let’s face it. When it comes to sex, one of the worst things that can happen to a man is not being able to last long enough to fulfill their female partners. The simple truth is that over 70% of women are unable to achieve an orgasm during intercourse. Unfortunately, a lot of the blame is placed squarely on the man’s shoulders. But there is also another truth about lasting longer and giving a woman an orgasm. Curious to know what it is?

Lasting Longer Is NOT The Key To Great Sex

Despite conventional wisdom, that is true. You see, for the vast majority of women, how you bring them to an orgasm is much more important than the end climax. Many guys want to improve their sexual stamina thinking that is the only way to satisfy a woman. It is great to have an exceptional stamina. But the thing is, most women are not able to have penetrative sex for more than 15 minutes without feeling uncomfortable or even painful, due to the vagina drying up from the constant thrusting.

What women want is really simple – proper foreplay and an emotional connection during lovemaking. Many women like oral sex, so it pays to incorporate this into your sexual routine before heading into intercourse.

Why? Well, your tongue has the strongest muscle in the human body. It can easily provide the stimulus to bring her to an amazing orgasm through clitoral stimulation using just the tongue. In addition, having an orgasm BEFORE intercourse can make her multi-orgasmic during actual sex!

So Is Stamina No Longer Important?

It is still vital in a sexual relationship. You just need to last as long as it is required to bring her to a climax FIRST. Most women need about 10-15 minutes on average to climax, so it’s great to be able to last at least that amount of time.

But more importantly, pay attention to HER needs first. Do whatever you can to bring her to an erotic boil. Adequate amounts of foreplay, oral sex or even verbal seduction can get her aroused and prime her for an easier (and faster) orgasm during intercourse.

Something “magical” happens when you are able to satisfy her first. You see, for most men, the inability to last during sex arises from “performance pressure”. But once you have given her an orgasm BEFORE intercourse – for example, through oral sex – you will no longer feel the pressure to perform. And ironically, that will naturally help you last longer and give her the wildest time in bed imaginable!

The Truth About How Long You REALLY Need To Last In Bed!

By lloydlester

Premature ejaculation is surrounded by many myths. Most guys think that they need to have marathon sex to be any good – but is it really true? Find out now!

For many men, sexual endurance and self-confidence go hand in hand in the bedroom. If you are not lasting long enough, your sense of self worth and confidence are likely to plummet.

But first – exactly how long is long enough?

How Long Should Sex Really Last?

There is something about adult movies that gives men the misconception that sex should last for an hour or more. But the simple truth is, you only need to last as long as a YouTube clip!

While the debate about ideal sexual stamina has been ongoing for as long as mankind, sexual therapists have in recent years suggest that intercourse that lasts from 3 to 7 minutes is satisfactory. Anything from 7 to 13 minutes is considered desirable – not including the time reserved for foreplay.

Sounds surprising? Well it shouldn’t be. Considering that most women need about 7 to 15 minutes of sexual stimulation to reach an orgasm, the suggested duration for “desirable” sex sounds logical.

Here’s the simple truth – great sex does NOT involve a stopwatch. Many men are so preoccupied about not wanting to climax too soon, that they ended up doing exactly what they fear most! Sexual anxiety will almost always impair your performance in bed!

Don’t Focus On The “Magic” Number

For a woman, great sex involves a slow, titillating build-up that envelopes both her mind and body. Use this to your advantage. Don’t view sex in terms of duration. View it in terms of quality. Such a mindset will do a whole lot of good to your confidence in bed.

You see, of all the “instruments” you can use to stimulate and arouse a woman sexually – your fingers, tongue and penis – the last one is ironically the one you have the least amount of control over.

Accelerate Her Sexual Anticipation

So, use your fingers and tongue to heighten her anticipation and arousal FIRST. Give her sensual hot spots some tender, loving attention. And I don’t just mean the obvious places. A woman is incredibly blessed with many erogenous areas on her body. The nape of her neck, her ear lobes, the underside of her arms are all great places to start with.

When a woman is sufficiently aroused before penetration, it actually lowers her threshold for orgasm, reducing the turnaround time for her to reach a climax during intercourse. And when that happens, your confidence will soar, performance anxiety will take a backseat, and you will naturally last longer too!

How To Unleash the Amazing Power To Make Sex Last Longer!

By lloydlester

Premature ejaculation sucks! But you don’t have to suffer forever – here’s how to gain enough stamina to make sex last as long as you want it to!

There has been a lot of research aimed at preventing premature ejaculation during sex with conclusive proof that there are natural hormones within the human body that actually make sex last longer. These hormones will strengthen your mental control and help keep off the urge to ejaculate prematurely. Curious about what these hormones are and whether you have them? Well, read on then!

The Power Of Serotonin

Serotonin, naturally released in our bodies when we are emotional, helps in calming the nerves and prolonging ejaculation. When your body experiences the effects of serotonin, you are better able to handle the stimulation you receive during sex. What does that translate into? Greater lasting power, because you don’t peak too soon.

You can ensure the natural production of serotonin in your body just by doing one thing during sex – RELAX. It is the opposite of the wild and high emotional state you get with the release of dopamine – the opposing hormones that cause quick ejaculation. Serotonin induces a sensuous-like feeling – exactly what keeps your ejaculation at bay during the throes of pleasure.

Do I Have Take A Pill To Keep Going?

There has been a lot of talk about introducing serotonin in the form of a pill. Personally, I do not recommend the use of artificial pills and tonics simply because you do not know what ELSE they are putting in there.

You don’t need a pill when Mother Nature, in its abundance, has provided you with just the things you need in the most natural form. There are a number of foods that contain natural serotonin too. You can just as easily consume these and enjoy the benefits, without subjecting your body to artificial substances.

What Are These Magic Foods?

Well, take a look at these! Butternut, english and black walnuts, hickory nuts, both shagbark and mocker nuts, as well as fruits like kiwis, pineapples, tomatoes and bananas!

If you are wondering about the exact effect each has, let me tell you that walnuts are the most powerful of the lot. In fact, the sexually beneficial aspects of walnuts have been known throughout history! You can include these foods as a part of your healthy foods regime, or take them as a part of your premature ejaculation treatment. Whichever way you take it, the benefits will be evident in a few short weeks. Try them out today and see a difference in your stamina. Remember, delaying ejaculation during sex is also about using science to find natural cures that work for your body!

Are These Premature Ejaculation Factors Causing You To Finish Too Soon?

By lloydlester

Premature ejaculation has no shortcut. If you want a lasting cure to premature ejaculation, you have to know the underlying factors for your condition. Curious to know why 75% of men are not lasting long enough in the sack? I bet you are! Read on and find out the primary factors for premature ejaculation.

1. Mind Matters

Almost 90% of men who suffer from PE mentally condition themselves for failure even before they begin! No matter what they are doing in bed, their minds are already focused on how badly they think they will perform. In fact, many wonder if they will ejaculate too soon during sex.

Like it or not, such anxieties actually increase performance stress and ironically cause premature ejaculation! Sounds like you? Well, your reaction is pretty normal.

The trouble is, the human mind is the most powerful part of our bodies. It can influence how the organs in our bodies function. If your mind is sending out negative vibes to your body, guess what – your body will just follow the pattern expected of it!

2. Weaknesses of the Pelvic Muscles

This is the biological reason behind almost all cases of premature ejaculation. Your pelvic muscles help you in a number of ways, including bladder control and ejaculation. Strong and well-toned pelvic muscles can greatly boost your ejaculatory control when you make love.

In short, weak public muscles can cause any of the following:

  • Erections that come and go very fast
  • Ejaculations that are weak and have a ‘dribbling’ effect. This reduces the pleasure for the man.
  • Lack of understanding of the different levels of excitement, and therefore a failure to control premature ejaculation
  • Longer span of time between an ejaculation and the next erection

A man’s pelvic muscles are often termed the fountain of youth! These muscles can affect everything about your sex life, including how long you will last in bed and how much pleasure you can derive from the act!

So What Can I Do About These Factors?

Luckily, there is a lot you can do to address the problems I have described above. Your pelvic muscles, for example, can be strengthened with the right kegel exercises.

Control over your negative thoughts can be imposed with the right practice also. The only thing you need is to invest some time and dedication to put these to work. Believe me, these will work wonders in helping you last like a stallion in bed!
