Ladies: How To Orgasm With Him On Top

By loveandsex

Most women can only reach orgasm during sex with their partners if they’re on top. This is mainly because in the woman-on-top sex position, the woman has control over the speed of thrusting as well as the depth and angle of his penis in her vagina. However, lots of guys like to be on top because it feels great for them, but does that mean you should miss out on your orgasm!? No way! Here’s how you can reach orgasm with him on top, every time!

Don’t Ignore The Power Of Foreplay

Foreplay is a very important part of sex, because very few women can reach orgasm from having sex only with no time to get warmed up first. Give your partner oral sex and let him return the favor, or let him finger you and touch your clitoris while you kiss him deeply. Without enough time to get warmed up and turned on, it’s unlikely that you’ll have an orgasm at all, no matter who is on top!

Foreplay will also help you feel more connected to your partner emotionally, and that type of intimacy is necessary for a woman to even feel turned on and to be orgasmic. Without feeling emotionally intimate with your partner, it’s going to be much, much harder to be in an orgasmic state of mind!

Masturbate

Masturbation is essential for a woman to learn how to have an orgasm. Through masturbation, a woman learns what feels best, how she likes to be touched and what doesn’t feel good. It’s kind of like learning the map to orgasm – and if you can’t bring yourself to orgasm by masturbating, how are you going to show your guy the way there?

When masturbating, don’t be afraid to take it slow and really find out what feels good and what doesn’t. Don’t make it a rush job – lock your doors and set aside some time to be with yourself when no one will bother you. Once you really learn what you like and how your body responds to pleasure, you’ll become much more orgasmic in any sex position, including him on top.

Use The Coital Alignment Technique

The Coital Alignment Technique (also called CAT) is when both partners are in the missionary position with him on top, but he aligns himself in a way that allows his chest to be closer to your shoulders rather than directly on top of you and face to face. This amazing sex technique angles his penis differently to allow for more g-spot stimulation, and it also allows for more clitoral stimulation.

Next time you and your partner are having sex with him on top, have him scoot up a bit to where he’s just a little bit above you, where his lips meet your forehead and his chest and hands are closer to your shoulders. When thrusting, instead of thrusting straight in or downward, he will thrust upwards as though he is “pointing” towards your head and shoulders. This will create more friction during sex, which is needed for both clitoral and g-spot orgasms.

Bring On The Sex Toys

Even with masturbation, foreplay and the Coital Alignment Technique, it can still be very difficult for a woman to reach orgasm with her partner on top of her during sex. If you’ve tried everything but still can’t have an orgasm in the missionary position, don’t be afraid to use sex toys to get the job done.

Try putting a dab of lube on your finger and touching your clitoris while he thrusts in and out. He’ll really enjoy watching you pleasure yourself, and you’ll enjoy the fact that you can actually give yourself an orgasm while he’s on top instead of simply going without.

If you’re not able to stimulate yourself manually enough to reach orgasm, bust out your vibrator and slip it in between you and your partner for a little stronger clitoral stimulation. This will help you reach orgasm quickly and easily, and the vibrations may make your partner feel great too!

Best Sex Toys For The Job

If you’re going to use a sex toy to reach orgasm in the missionary position, you don’t want a huge dildo shaped vibrator because it just won’t fit right. Try a slender vibrator or a bullet vibe. These are smaller and will more easily fit between you and your lover. If you want to do it hands free, try using a strap on style bullet vibrator that simply sits over the clitoris.

The Best Sex Positions For Mind-Blowing Orgasms

By loveandsex

Do perfect sex positions actually exist? They do! However, the most awesome sex positions for men and women are different. Also, did you know that by moving even one inch in any direction while in these sex positions, you can dramatically change the feeling and intensity of the pleasure?

Take your time to find the best angles for the both of you, while using these sex positions.

The Best Position For Women To Climax

The reverse missionary is identical to the traditional missionary except that she is on top. This is probably the easiest position for a woman to have an orgasm because she can control the friction to her clitoris or G-spot.

Since you typically want the women to orgasm first, this would be one of your first positions and then move to a position where the guy has full control of his orgasm.

You can vary your leg positions by both of you spreading your legs, or by alternating the one who has them spread and the one who has them together.

The Best Position For Men To Orgasm

Practically every animal species utilizes the rear-entry “doggy-style” position, so it is a natural one for humans to enjoy, as well. Although you won’t have face-to-face contact, there are many benefits. It is great for guys because it gives them full control.

This is one of the greatest sex positions for hitting her G-spot and allows you to fondle her breasts, stomach, clitoris, back, neck and other sensual spots. Even she can touch her clitoris in this position.

She kneels before you (some women enjoy it more if their head is down on a pillow) and you enter her from behind. The main benefit for the guy is a view of her beautiful bottom and being able to see the action, while getting incredibly deep penetration (above-average guys need to be careful as deep thrusts might hit her cervix, which can be quite painful).

The Mistake Couples Make Using Sex Positions

Of course, books show dozens, if not hundreds, of sex positions, but the reality is that there are maybe only eight basic positions, with slight variations for each. So what happens when you’ve tried all eight positions to death? Let’s face it – in the end, lovemaking is generally always the same.

That’s why you should explore ALL aspects of sexuality about each other. I don’t mean anything freaky here. I just mean cultivate an adventurous spirit. Turn foreplay into a game. Add a prop or two.

Try a new place. How about starting off with a plate of fruits? There are literally HUNDREDS of ways you can make your lovemaking more exciting, passionate and fulfilling long-term, rather than just trying new sex positions.

How To Find The G-Spot And Techniques To Drive Your Partner Wild

By loveandsex

G-spot orgasms are considered the “holy grail” of all the female orgasms, although women are capable of having clitoral orgasms as well. But finding the G-spot and knowing how to pleasure it is the hard part! Here’s an A-to-Z on everything you need to know about the G-spot!

How To Find The G-Spot

First of all, the G-spot is actually a zone, rather than an actual ‘spot.’ The G-spot is located about 2 inches inside the vagina on the topside. (On the underside of her stomach.) You’ll know when you’ve found it because it feels like a ribbed bump, like the roof of your mouth just behind your front teeth.

Stimulating The G-Spot

While most men would love to satisfy their ladies with penetration, it’s not always the best idea. Why? Because it depends on factors like the position, her level of arousal, and penis and vaginal shape and size. In short: using fingers is the easiest way to reach orgasm with the most chance of success.

Warming Her Up First

In most cases, women need to have their clitoris stimulated before stimulating the G-spot. But once it’s fully stimulated, the clitoris is often too sensitive for direct contact. Ask your lady. Otherwise, the G-spot may feel dry and uncomfortable. After this point, you can move onto the G-spot.

The Best Sex Position To Use

To really stimulate the G-spot, you’ll need to be in sex positions that give you great easy access to work your magic. Here are two suggestions:

 • Your lady lies on her back while you lie next to her, using your stronger arm.
 • She sits in doggie-style position, while you sit and pleasure her from behind. Actually, if you want even more passion and excitement, try changing from one position to another over the course of your stimulation.

How To Stimulate The G-Spot

The motion you want to use is the “come over here” gesture, using your fingers. Keep in mind that the G-spot is different from the clitoris, which means, in most cases, you’ll stroke it slightly harder than the clitoris. Start by massaging it lightly and work your way up to a point she finds incredibly satisfying.

How To Tell If She’s Enjoying It

First of all, remember that the best feeling will vary for every woman. Alternate between two very slight movements or spots to find what she likes best. You’ll know what she likes by her breathing or when she firmly grips you. Having said all that, there is a way to make this experience even MORE pleasurable.

The Missing Piece To A Powerful Orgasm

Did you know that prolonged foreplay is said to intensify orgasms? That’s right. However, men often focus so much on “performing” that they forget about spicing up their lovemaking with new and exciting things. Let’s face it; most of us are guilty of this. You take your clothes off. Away you go, and, within a few seconds or minutes, the routine is over. But as the bedroom magic fades, it becomes harder and harder to make woman achieve orgasms.

Why? Because women long for variety in their sexual experience. The very best way to please women long-term is to have an entire ‘bag of ideas’ ready to pull out whenever they’re needed. I cannot stress the need to keep your lovemaking fresh and exciting in every way. That’s the secret to fulfilled lovemaking.

The Best Sex Advice In The World!

By lloydlester

Amazing sex is one of the best gifts a woman can get.

In this article I am going to let you in on what is possibly the best sex advice in the world. It is without a doubt the single most powerful way to drive any woman completely wild in bed.

But first, why would you want to be amazing in bed? Is it to flame your own ego? Is it to impress your partner with the most incredible romp she’s ever had? Or are you concerned about your lover straying away if you don’t perform to par in bed? It’s none of these.

The ability to give the woman you love the best sex of her life will make you feel just incredible. It will bond the both of you in a very deep and profound manner.

The most effective sex tip in the world will bestow upon you a sexual power and create a level of intimacy you might be mentally unprepared for. There is a certain level of responsibility that comes along with it.

Are you ready for this one little secret that will totally change your sex life? Here it is…

Make It All About Her

Pay attention to HER.

This technique is incredibly powerful, because:

 1. Every Woman Is Different. What works on one woman may utterly fail on another. Some women may prefer clitoris stimulation while others may prefer penetrative sex. One may like things fast and furious while another is into slow and anticipatory lovemaking. One may love lots of foreplay, yet another may want to make love right out of the bolt. There is no universal lovemaking technique that works for all women. That is why paying attention to what your woman wants in bed is critically important.
 2. You Convey Sexual Confidence. A sexually confident man is a huge turn-on for any woman. Women simply adore men who know what exactly they want in bed and who feel assured about their own sexuality. And paying attention to your woman conveys exactly that image of you! When she feels complete involvement from you during sex, she can feel the total sexual confidence in you. And for you, because you are so focused on your partner, you will naturally forget about all your own insecurities and inadequacies in bed!
 3. It Builds An Emotional Bond And Intimacy. The reason is simple. A woman’s ultimate sex organ is not in the genitals (sorry, guys!). Your partner’s head and beating heart are. You see, when a woman is completely connected and comfortable with you, she will allow herself to totally surrender to you. All the inhibitions will melt away. Know what this means? When she achieves an orgasm with you, it will be far more powerful and intense than anything she has ever experienced. It will create a very powerful emotional bond that will endear your partner to you, and only you!

This is the stuff that women’s sexual fantasies are made of. This is the stuff that the best sex tip is made of. You will create an amazing bond, trust, intimacy and delirious sexual pleasure. Use it well, and use it responsibly!

The “Deep Spot” Orgasm Technique

By loveandsex

An orgasm is pretty much the holy grail of sex for both men and women. While many people have sex without aiming for an orgasm just to “do it,” most of the time, an orgasm is the goal and end result of sexual activity. That said, giving an orgasm is an incredibly personal and intimate thing. Whether you’ve tried and failed to give your partner a climax or have done so in numerous different ways and are looking to spice it up, this sex tip will add something new to your sexual arsenal.

Step One: Go As Far In As Possible

Insert your fingers into your partner’s vagina as far in as possible. The g-spot is located on the top wall of her vagina about 2 inches in, but you’re going to push your fingers in even further than that. Push them in until they won’t go any further and until your fingers are in her vagina as much as possible. While this won’t feel any different to you than the rest of her vaginal canal, you will know when you hit the right area because you’ll meet a lot of resistance and your fingers and hand won’t go in any further. While you can use one finger for a virgin or a woman that is extremely small or tight down there, two fingers or more are best for this intense technique. One finger may not apply enough pressure for an experienced woman.

Step Two: Add Pressure And The “Come Hither” Motion

Once you’ve pushed your fingers in all the way, curl them upwards in a “come hither” motion. This is the same motion you would use if you were aiming to stimulate your lover’s g-spot. Add some firm pressure (this is not the time to tickle lightly) and move your fingers forward and backwards. Pay attention to your partner’s body language and what movements she is responding to. If she pushes against you harder and grinds herself against your hand, it’s a pretty safe bet that she’s enjoying it and wouldn’t mind you to do it a little harder. If you notice that she’s backing away or isn’t making much noise, she may be in discomfort or pain and be afraid to tell you she doesn’t like it. Let your girl’s body language dictate your next moves.

Step Three: Add Oral Sex (Optional)

Once you’ve gotten the fingering down pat, you can stimulate your lover’s clitoris with your tongue and give her oral sex. While this isn’t always necessary to give her the orgasm, it will add to her pleasure and may even give her a blended orgasm! Some women need clitoral stimulation to achieve orgasm at all, so if your partner seems to be grinding her pubic area and clitoris against your hand or starts masturbating herself, you know it’s time to put your tongue into play.

Use Lots Of Lube And Foreplay

Don’t forget to start with a great deal of foreplay and use lots and lots of water based lube. Silicone lube will work fine too, but it is harder to wash off and your lover may not be able to get her vaginal canal completely clean afterwards. Water based lube is inexpensive, easy to use and rinse off and is available just about anywhere including drugstores and grocery or superstores. It’s important to use foreplay to warm her up before you start, because inserting your fingers inside her may be uncomfortable or painful if she’s not adequately aroused. Lube will also help keep things comfortable for both you and your partner, because even if she’s completely turned on and begging for more, she may not produce enough natural lubrication to help things go smoothly.

If It Hurts, Stop!

While this may seem like a no-brainer, you wouldn’t believe how many people continue doing a certain activity even if it hurts or causes extreme discomfort. Sex should be fun and exciting, and certainly shouldn’t hurt or feel bad in any way (unless you dig that sort of thing). Before you begin, let your partner know that it is ok to tell you if it hurts or if she wants you to stop. Tell her that it’s also ok to let you know what feels good and what doesn’t – and what she’d like you to do next. While great sex doesn’t always come naturally and must be learned in a lot of cases, nothing can replace good communication between two partners when it comes to sex.
