5 Sex Tips For Married Couples

By loveandsex

Fact or Myth: Married couples have 25% to 300% MORE sex than their single counterparts depending on age.

Believe it or not – that’s a fact! Contrary to popular belief, married couples actually have quite a bit of sex! So why are all the married couples trying to improve their sex lives? That’s because it’s about quality, not quantity. Married couples often have less satisfying sex than their single counterparts because things simply get boring. Here’s how to make all that married sex count!

  • Make Time For Great Sex. Sure, you’ve heard it before. You might be thinking, “Not bloody likely!” But with the every day demands that we face, such as work and children, sex with our spouses often gets put on the back burner. Well, you’re going to have to make time for sex if you want a better, more satisfying sex life. And not a quickie – chances are, that’s what you’re already doing. Make time for good sex.
  • Resolve Your Conflicts. Every married couple has conflicts. But when you and your spouse argue outside the bedroom, those feelings of anger, hurt and frustration often get carried into the bedroom. These feelings can affect your sex life in numerous significant ways. Spouses who have regular conflicts with each other don’t feel as emotionally close to their partners, making it difficult to totally open yourself to great sex. Resolving your conflicts with each other before getting busy can help you to feel emotionally and physically open to your partner, often resulting in mind blowing sex!
  • Exercise Together. Exercise is a great boost for the libido, and exercising together? Even better. Not only do you get to spend time with your spouse that you ordinarly may not have been able to do, you also get to see them all hot and sweaty…well, you get the picture. In addition to the sexy, sweaty fun, exercising regularly (and eating a healthy, nutritious diet) will help keep you fit and attractive to your spouse.
  • Flirt With Each Other. Remember when you and your spouse first started dating? There was lots of flirting going on, and neither you nor your partner were sure what was going to happen next. That fun, exciting feeling of having no idea of their next move often gets lost when you get married, mainly because you know exactly what is going to happen next. You can improve your sex life by bringing that flirty, fun feeling back into your relationship. Go to a bar with your spouse and exchange some witty banter and see where it heads.
  • Be Completely Spontaneous. For the same reason flirting can often revv up the quality of sex in a marriage, so can a healthy level of spontaneity. Instead of going home for the night, just keep driving and see where it leads you. Surprise your spouse with a hot hotel room for the weekend, or wear a new, sexy pair of undies. If you usually wear boxers or panties, try wearing a string bikini or a thong. It doesn’t matter what you do, just be creative and break out of the norm. Surprise your partner with something totally unexpected, even if it’s something small.

10 Things You Didn’t Know About Vaginas

By loveandsex

Sex is something lots of guys they think they know everything about. They assume they know everything there is to know not only about how to please a woman, but also about her anatomy and how it plays a role in sex.  You may think you know a lot about the body of a woman, but you probably didn’t know these ten things about a woman’s vagina!

An Orgasm Is An Excellent Pain Reliever

Next time your girl gives you the excuse that she doesn’t want to have sex with you because she has a headache, you can tell her she’s full of it. An orgasm is an excellent pain reliever, and can work as well as over the counter medicines or even some pharmaceutical grade pain relievers. You just have to actually make sure you give her a great orgasm!

The Vagina Cleans Itself

A woman’s genitals are designed to clean itself – meaning, douching is completely unnecessary and can actually do more harm than good. After menstruation, it cleans itself out and continues to do so throughout a woman’s monthly cycle. It also will clean itself out after sex! This helps prevent yeast or bacterial infections. However, if more bacteria or yeast are introduced than the body can handle, an overgrowth can occur. This usually can be easily treated with over the counter creams or doctor prescribed antibiotics.

It’s Not All About The G-Spot

The g-spot gets all the credit for giving women amazing orgasms, but there is another spot – called the A-Spot – that can be just as effective at giving a woman an earth shattering climax. The A-Spot is located deeper within the canal than the g-spot (right in front of the cervix) and it can be stimulated using the same “come hither” motion with your fingers that you would use if you were stimulating the g-spot. Just remember that since you’re going very deep inside a woman, you need plenty of good lubrication and you need her to be aroused first so it’s not painful or uncomfortable.

You Are What You Eat

A healthy vagina has an odor, but it is usually not very pungent. A yeast or bacterial infection can make it smell more pungent, but a funky smelling peach doesn’t always mean an infection. Many of the things a woman eats will affect the way her genitals taste and smell. For example, eating lots of pineapple and sweet fruits will make it taste and smell sweeter (which can be great for oral sex), but vegetables such as cabbage or asparagus can give it a more off putting scent.

The Vagina Can Actually Fall Out!

Vaginal prolapse is when the uterus, ovaries, fallopian tubes or vagina (or a combination of all of these) moves downward from its natural place in the body. This condition is common following surgeries such as hysterectomies, but can also happen without any prior event. In severe cases, this medical condition will cause the inner tissues to protrude through the vaginal opening.

Female Ejaculation Does Exist

Women – in addition to men – can ejaculate varying amounts of fluid during orgasm. Many women are able to produce very large amounds of fluid! Some skeptics report that the “ejaculate” that comes from a woman isn’t actually ejaculate at all, but urine. However, science has found that the components of female ejaculate are separate from the components of urine are very different and while the fluid does come from the paraurethral ducts, it does not come from the bladder.

The Vagina Can Double In Length When A Woman Is Aroused

How long a vagina is varies from woman to woman. Some women have very small, short canals while others have very long ones. The average size in an unaroused woman is 3-4 inches long, but during arousal, this number can increase and may even double! So guys, make sure your lady is aroused before penetration, because you’ll go a lot deeper and she’ll be a lot more comfortable during sex.

Having Sex Can Keep The Vagina Young And Healthy

Like the rest of your muscles, the vagina needs to be used and exercised or it will become weak and brittle. During prolonged periods of abstinence, especially when a woman goes through menopause or reaches old age, the delicate tissues inside will thin and can begin to break down. Regular sex, however, will help keep a woman’s genitals in peak form.

Vaginal Secretions Contain A Component Found In Shark Livers

Upon microscopic examination of the ingredients found in female vaginal secretions, scientists have noted that these secretions contain a component actually found in shark livers. This is called squalene, and can also be found in vegetable oils. It can be used in cosmetics, because it is an excellent moisturizer that doesn’t leave the skin feeling greasy! Squalene is most likely what makes natural secretions good for the health of the genitals, because it keeps the tissue moist and supple.

The Vaginal Muscles Are Extremely Powerful

All women have the ability to use their vaginal muscles – also called the PC muscles – during sex. These are also the same muscles a girl uses to stop the flow of urine, and they can be strengthened through exercises like Kegels. You might not think that these muscles would be very powerful, but they are! The world record holder for the strongest vagina is a Russian woman who was able to lift 31 pounds with her vaginal muscles only!

How to Give a Blowjob: A Crash Course On Giving Men Great Head

By jessicaperez

If there’s one skill that every man would like a woman to have, that is none other than knowing how to give a BJ or a blowjob. One of the most common mistakes that women make is thinking that all the work should be done by the man in the relationship.

However, if you want to have a great sex life, you should do your part and learn about the techniques in bed that will give him the utmost sexual pleasure. So what exactly does it take to give a man great head?

Below is a crash course on how to give a man great head which will lead him to have an orgasm that he is not bound to forget anytime soon.

Step 1: Be In A Comfortable Position

Just like penetrative sex, there are a multitude of positions that you can try while learning how to give a BJ to your guy. You can either have him lie down in bed, have him standing up or make him sit on a comfortable couch.

Let’s say that you choose the last position. What you can do here is kneel in between his legs so that you can gain easy access to all ‘the goods’. Although it only takes a few minutes of direct stimulation for a man to have an orgasm especially when you’re using your mouth, you would not want to have things over too soon – so make sure that you’re in a comfortable position while going down on him.

Step 2: Start Giving Him Head By Slowly Licking Him

It doesn’t matter if he’s already hard or not. The best way to start giving him head is by using your tongue in one long, slow licking motion from the base of his penis all the way up. Do this on as many sides of his penis as you can, then when you feel that he’s all worked up, that is the time that you can slowly take him into your mouth.

Step 3: Use Your Tongue, Mouth & Fingers

As you slowly take his penis deep into your mouth, make sure that you don’t ignore the rest of his package. Use your tongue, mouth and fingers to stimulate the rest of his shaft.  Use an up and down motion with your fingers to cover the part of the shaft which you cannot take into your mouth.

Showing him that you are really into it will be a huge turn on, so stare into his eyes and watch his reaction.  Finally, marvel in your sexual prowess at your being able to give him the ultimate pleasure in bed – and use every tool at your disposal to give him a mind-blowing orgasm that he’s not bound to forget anytime soon!

Tips

Don’t forget to gently tug at, lick or even swallow one of his balls into your mouth if you want to make giving head an extra pleasurable experience for him.

Warnings

The worst way to receive a blowjob is for a man to actually feel your teeth on him – so keep your lips covered. The best way to prevent accidentally grazing his penis with your teeth is by relaxing your jaw. If you need to, cover your teeth with your lips.

The REAL Way To Measure Your Penis

By loveandsex

Penis size is something almost every guy worries about. They think that the longer (or shorter) it is equates to how much pleasure they can give a girl. Wrong! There’s actually a lot more to penis size than just how long or short it is – in fact, that has absolutely nothing to do with it – except for if you have a very long penis, you may end up causing more pain than pleasure. Here is the REAL way to measure your penis!

Width vs. Length

In reality, it’s not the length of a man’s penis that makes a difference to a girl – it’s the width. A very long penis isn’t going to be effective if it’s very thin, even if it’s a foot long. However, a short 4-5″ penis can give women waves of orgasms if it’s as thick as a soda can.

Why A Thick Penis Is So Much More Effective

  • Puts pressure on the nerve-packed vaginal opening
  • Gives a woman the sensation of fullness
  • Tugs on the labia and the clitoris giving pleasurable sensations
  • Puts pressure on all sides of the vagina
  • Stimulates the perineum

How To Use A Thick Penis To Your Advantage

If you have a thick penis size, you’re already a leg up on the competition so to speak. If you have a thick penis that is a little longer, good for you! However, if your penis is shorter, you can still use your thickness to your advantage.

  • Make sure you use plenty of lube. Without proper lubrication, a thick penis can be uncomfortable or painful!
  • Get her aroused first. This will make her vagina more elastic and will help her accommodate your thickness pleasurably.
  • Choose a larger condom so there is less constriction and more pleasure for you.
  • Go slow. Allow her time to get used to how big you are around.
  • Start by fingering her first. Start with one lubed finger and work your way up to two or three as you lick or rub her clitoris. This will help her become more aroused and help stretch her vagina to get it ready for you. Remember that women are designed to pass babies through there, so she can definitely accommodate you! She just needs a little (or a lot) of foreplay first!
  • Take your time with intercourse and allow her to fully feel every inch of you that she’s stretched around. The feeling of fullness combined with all the other benefits of a thick penis will bring her to a powerful, sheet soaking orgasm.

How To Help A Thin Penis

If you have a thinner penis, you’ve either already had trouble giving girls vaginal orgasms or you expect that you will in the future. It’s not the end of the world though – there are lots of ways to work with what you’ve got.

  • Consider using sex toys to your advantage. Many companies make a silicone or latex sleeve that fits over the penis and is designed to be used during penetration and intercourse. A sleeve will make you feel thicker to her, and the ribs and nubs can help give her higher concentrations of pleasure. The downside? Less sensation for you – which can actually be a plus if you have problems with premature ejaculations.
  • Thrust in circles. Move your hips in a somewhat circular motion so your penis comes into contact with all surfaces of her vaginal canal. This also helps give more friction to her clitoris.

Other Ways Of Giving Pleasure

If you struggle with giving your partner a vaginal or g-spot orgasm with your penis, don’t worry. There are so many different ways to give your partner sexual pleasure (and give yourself pleasure) that you can definitely continue to stay intimate and sexually connected with your partner without a vaginal orgasm.

  • Give her oral sex before penetration. This will either give her an orgasm before you get started, or make it more likely for her to have an orgasm while you are inside her. Or both!
  • Bring a vibrator to bed. A We-Vibe II is an excellent choice since it is made to slip inside the vagina and rest on the clitoris. Not only will the We-Vibe II make you feel bigger inside her, she’ll also get some much needed clitoral vibrations.
  • Finger her while you lick her clitoris. Even though your finger is slender, it can be angled in a “come hither” motion and put direct pressure on her g-spot. A g-spot and clitoral orgasm at the same time (called a blended orgasm) will rock her world so much it wouldn’t matter if you had a 2″ penis.

The 9 Types Of Orgasms – And How To Give Them!

By shawnalenee

Orgasms for a man are EASY to understand. You simply thrust, get aroused, finish, and go to sleep. Most men can only have one type of climax – after which they usually lose their erection temporarily before they can get hard and have another.

Women however, can have MANY different kinds!

These range from those that are barely noticeable to her man, to SCREAMING, TOE-CURLING, even bed soaking squirting orgasms (Woo!) There are also many different ones in between those extremes! Unlike men, the TYPE of climax a woman has is often 100% CONTROLLABLE by her sexual partner (you)!

One of the first steps to giving your girl the strongest orgasms of her life is RECOGNIZING that YOU have control over them.

Lucky you!

You should never blame your girl for not coming. Always be honest with yourself, and ask yourself if you are really sexually satisfying her. Let’s talk about some of the kinds of climaxes women are capable of having.

Foreplay Orgasms

These take place during foreplay (or “pre-penetration.”)

Foreplay orgasms are so important, because they allow your lover to “warm up” and have multiple orgasms later when you penetrate her. Every GREAT lover should have the following in his playbook:

Nipple Climax

Not all women can have a climax through nipple stimulation alone, but since a personally know a few who can, so I had to put it in here to make the article complete!

Clitoral Orgasm

This climax concentrates on the clitoris. Not as intense as the deep spot and other vaginal orgasms but still a great warm up and relatively easy to do.

“Deep Spot” Climax

The “deep spot” climax is often the first time many woman have a true “internal” orgasm, as it’s usually easier for a woman to have one of these than it is for her to have one during sex.

“G-Spot” Climax

The g-spot climax is similar to the deep spot but not quite as intense. Still a great orgasm to have in the bag of tricks to get her “primed” for multiples during sex.

Now let’s talk about some of the orgasms women are capable of having during PENETRATION:

Penetration Orgasms

Vaginal Orgasm

Normal climax while you are inside of her, much like the “deep spot” orgasm. Usually more intense than any foreplay orgasm but for some woman very difficult to achieve. Far easier to achieve AFTER a foreplay orgasm.

Anal Climax

This occurs when you have a clitoral or vaginal orgasm during anal sex. It feels very different to a girl than a clitoral or vaginal orgasm alone.

Multiple Orgasms

Multiple orgasms are when your lover has an orgasm and you give her another (or many) orgasms right after. This is different than the continuous orgasm which is described next.

Continuous Orgasm

This is when your girl has an orgasm but instead of letting her sexual excitement come down (as many women think they have to because they are sensitive) you INSTEAD keep going and often even harder. This causes her to start climaxing UNCONTROLLABLY and over and over. With a continuous climax she will often be EXHAUSTED after and will always say she had not idea how many orgasms she had. 99% of women need to be verbally talked through a continuous climax as it is rare that previous lovers have EVER done this to her. She also has no way to do this herself through masturbation. If you make your girl have one of these, she just might become sexually addicted to you, so only do this with a girl you REALLY like!

Squirting Orgasm

Ah, the mysterious one! Well first of all I will tell you, squirting orgasms are VERY REAL and every woman has the “equipment” to have one! Let’s just say they’re a lot of fun!

So there you have it. Being a girl does have SOME advantages!
